Santa Fe County Seeking Members for Health Policy and Planning Commission (HPPC) and the DWI Planning Council

 Santa Fe County is seeking members for the Health Policy and Planning Commission (HPPC) and the DWI Planning Council. There is a current vacancy for a HPPC member residing within Commission District 1 (Commission District represented by Danny Mayfield), as well as a HPPC vacancy for a Countywide representative, who can reside anywhere within Santa Fe County. Santa Fe County is seeking a community member with a background in emergency services or media from any district to sit on the DWI Planning Council.

Anyone interested in being appointed to the DWI Planning Council must attend at least two DWI Planning Council meetings in order to be eligible to be recommended for appointment. The next meetings are scheduled for February 13 and March 13, 2014.

Anyone interested in being appointed to HPPC or DWI Planning Council should submit a letter of interest, resume, questionnaire, and conflict of interest form (Please call or send an email requesting questionnaire and conflict of interest form) to:
