Santa Fe Solid Waste Management Authority - Take a Recycling Facility Tour for Earth Day

Earth Day is right around the corner and you can get involved by attending any of the numerous events within the community. A great way to celebrate Earth Day in 2012 is by taking a recycling tour at the Buckman Road Recycling & Transfer Station (BuRRT). See firsthand how your recyclables are processed right here in Santa Fe. You’ll have a chance to learn why we recycle and how you can do your part to decrease what we throw in our landfill.

BuRRT tours will be offered on Thursday, April 19, 2012 anytime between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
