Sustainable Growth Management Plan (SGMP) is Published
Santa Fe- February 24, 2011- Santa Fe County would like to remind residents the Sustainable Growth Management Plan (SGMP) was approved by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with Resolution 2010-210 and 2010-225 and is now published and available for purchase. Hard copies of the SGMP are available to purchase for $20 and compact disks (CD) are available to purchase for $2 through the Santa Fe County Growth Management Department by contacting Melissa Holmes (505) 995-2717 or msholmes@santafecounty.org. The SGMP is also available on the county website http://www.santafecountynm.gov/growth_management/sgmp and reference copies are available for review at any of the County Satellite Office locations, Santa Fe Public Libraries as well as the County Administrative Building, 102 Grant Ave.
Santa Fe County staff is currently establishing a process to include drafting the Sustainable Land Development Code, technical review and a public input and review process.
