The Solar Circus
Saturday, April 7 from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. Peter Lipscomb will have the solar telescope out so you can view the active life of our nearest star. What are sunspots? How big are they? How do the sun's prominences and flares affect our wired and wireless life on Earth? Peter will answer these questions and many more.
$5 per vehicle or free with your State Park Annual Day Use pass, available for $40 from the ranger.
Park at the main lot off County Road 59, 1/2 mile north of the village.
