A safe alternative to driving buzzed or drunk is to take advantage of the Cab Ride Home. The Santa Fe County DWI Program subsidizes a Cab Ride Home for $5 per cab for 1-2 riders and $10 per cab for 3 or more. The reduced rates run from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. The DWI Program offsets the first $25 of these cab rides home, patrons are responsible for the portion if any of the fare over $25. The number for the Cab Ride Home is 505-438-0000.
