Santa Fe County will be hosting several open house meetings to review 2015 Community Plan Updates.  These open houses will include reviews of the Overlay District Drafts and proposed zoning.  

The Community Plan Updates will be presented to the Santa Fe County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) to be considered for adoption by Resolution as an update to the Sustainable Growth Management Plan.  Community District Overlay Drafts will be considered for adoption as part of the Sustainable Land Development Code (SLDC) amendment process.  The proposed zoning will also be presented to the BCC to be considered for adoption as part of the Official Zoning Map.
