Working Meeting to discuss Aamodt on Wednesday, December 21

Santa Fe, NM – December 15, 2011 – Santa Fe County Commissioner Daniel Mayfield would like to notify county residents there will be a Working Meeting to discuss the Aamodt Water System on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Pojoaque Schools Administration Building, 1574 New Mexico 502, Pojoaque, NM. The meeting will focus on the size and configuration of the Aamodt Water System. All interested residents are welcome and encouraged to attend the meeting.

The Working Meeting to discuss the Aamodt Water System was originally scheduled for Monday, December 5, but was postponed due to weather.

Aamodt information including copies of the draft Settlement Agreements showing revisions from the prior draft is available on the Santa Fe County website at www.santafecountynm.gov/county_commissioners/daniel_mayfield/aamodt_outreach.

Once the settlement parties have completed the proposed revisions, the parties will prepare a final draft showing all revisions from the original 2006 Settlement Agreement. At this time no party has approved the draft revisions. The revised Settlement Agreement will not be final until the proposed signatories, or their governing bodies or authorities, have approved and signed the final Settlement Agreement.
