Your voice makes a difference! The draft 2020-2045 Santa Fe Metropolitan Transportation Plan is available for public comment.
Santa Fe, NM– The Santa Fe Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) began updating the 2020-2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) in March of 2019. Following an extensive public engagement process and coordination with local transportation agencies, the draft MTP is available for public review and comment February 28th through March 30th, 2020.
The Santa Fe MPO, comprised of Santa Fe County, Pueblo of Tesuque, City of Santa Fe and the NMDOT, is tasked with providing transportation planning services, such as the MTP, for the Santa Fe Metropolitan area. The MTP enables the use of federal funding for a range of transportation network improvements including bicycle, pedestrian, and transit facilities, roads, and bridges.
Your input helps guide the planning of our roadways, transit, pedestrian walkways, and bikeways.
