Deputies took a report of a motor vehicle burglary. The victim reported that sometime between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on October 18, 2024, unknown suspect(s) gained entry into her vehicle. There was no damage to the vehicle but the victim believes her vehicle was locked at the time of the incident. There is no further information at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was learned that the suspect(s) unlawfully entered the shed by cutting the lock and stealing the above items.

Deputies were patrolling the above location when they observed a suspicious vehicle. Deputies made contact with the driver and it was discovered that the driver had a warrant for his arrest. Deputies placed the driver under arrest, transported and booked the subject. Original Charge for warrant: No insurance.
2024005583 / Burglary, Larceny, criminal damage to property / 10-21-2024

Deputy dispatched to location after victim discovered his lock was cut that accessed a utlitly trailer and well house. Unknown suspect(s), once inside stole industrial equipment valued at over $1500. Case is under investigation.

Vicitm reported sometime between Friday, October 18, 2024 and today the catalytic converters on his car were stolen. Victim noticed it today when he started his car. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned unknown suspect(s) cut off the catalytic converters with a saw. Case is under investigation.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject (driver) showed signs of impairment during a DWI investigation. The subject was arrested and refused to submit to a breath test. The subject was booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. Deputies learned the driver's license had been revoked due to a DWI. The subject also had a confirmed warrant for arrest out of Ro Arriba Magistrate Court for failure to pay fines with the original charge of Driving While License Revoked, DWI-related. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival, it was learned that unknown suspect (s) unlawfully took the above items from the location. The item was placed into NCIC as stolen.
Case#2024005560/ Aggravated Driving While Under the Influence/ 10-20-24

Arrested: Jose Flores-Raelas, 37YOM, Los Alamos, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an assistance with another agency. According to dispatch, Los Alamos PD had stopped out with a driver who was asleep or passed out in the driver's seat. When deputies arrived, they learned the male was passed out in the driver's seat and had his foot on the gas while the vehicle was in park. Deputies conducted their investigation and determined the male was impaired. The subject refused chemical testing. The subject was transported and booked into the detention facility without incident.
