Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a larceny.  The victim reported on May 18, unidentified suspect(s) removed a package of old, silver coins from the mailbox with out her knowledge or permission.   


Case #2024002759 / Larceny - Criminal Damage to Property / 05/31/2024

Damaged / Stolen: $35,000.00 in Property / Copper

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a larceny. The victim stated the electrical box and transformer for the location were damaged in order to remove copper from the units.


Case #2024002761 / Fraud / 05/31/2024

Victim: 80 YOF (Santa Fe County)

Stolen: $37,491.00

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to fraud. The victim stated an individual claiming to represent McAfee Antivirus contacted her via cell phone. The victim was notified her antivirus software was not working and they needed to re-install it. The victim allowed the suspect(s) to remote into her computer which allowed them to transfer funds from the victim's account.  


Case #2024002723 / Extortion / 05/29/2024

Location Paseo Galisteo

Victim: 27 YOA (Santa Fe County)

Unknown suspect(s) used Facebook Marketplace to obtain the victims picture.  The suspect(s) generated pornographic pictures of the victim by placing her face on to another body. The suspect(s) attempted to have the victim pay an unspecified amount by threatening to post the pictures to social media.  The victim has not had any further interactions with the suspect(s) at this time.


Case#2024002724, 2024002725, 2024002726 Warrant Service x2, Concealing ID 05-29-24

Assigned: Ruben Blea 

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location: Tesuque Casino 

Arrested: Tyrone Martin  51 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Subject was contacted by Tesuque Casino Security for consuming alcohol on casino grounds. He refused to identify himself. SFSO was called to assist. Mr. Martin provided another person's information. He was identified and found to have a felony warrant issued out of First Judicial District Court and a misdemeanor warrant out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court. He was also charged with concealing his identity. He was booked without further incident. 


Case # 2024002730 Revoked driver’s license 05-29-24

Assigned: Marcus Ward

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location: Airport Road/ Paseo Del Sol 

Arrested: Joseph Musser 29 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Subject was stopped for operating a vehicle without tail lamps and speeding. He was found to have a revoked driver's license for a prior DWI conviction. He was arrested and booked without incident. 


Case#2024002728 & 2024002729 Warrant Service x2

Assigned: Daniel Martinez and Cody Lattin

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location: Camino Vista Aurora ( Agua Fria)

Arrested: Jacob Santillanes (Pecos) & Kameron Quintana (Santa Fe)

Subjects were contacted during a traffic stop. Mr. Quintana had an active warrant out of Sandoval Magistrate Court for a misdeameanor offense. Mr. Santillanes had a felony warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Both were arrested and booked without incident. 


Case #2024002719 / Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle / 05/29/2024

Location: Old Santa Fe Trail / Pinon Jay Trail

Stolen: Black in color, 2017 PJ Dump Trailer; NM-27399TRK ($12,000 value)

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.  The victim reported unknown suspect(s) had stolen the above listed trailer. The trailer was last seen between 7:30 am - 8:00 am on Tuesday May 28, 2024. The driver returned at approximately 1:00 pm and discovered the trailer was gone. The trailer was entered into NCIC.


Case #2024002711 / Identity Theft / 05/29/2024

Deputy Assigned: C. Podolak

Victim: Pojoaque Valley School District

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to Identity Theft.  The Pojoaque Valley IT Director reported a cyber attack that occurred on Friday May 24, 2024, at approximately 3:45 am. The district's cyber security company was able to stop the suspect(s) during the incident. The suspect(s) were able to transfer approximately 2.9 gigs of personal information.  The district has taken steps to secure their information and notify those affected.


Case #2024002708 Driving while license revoked, Resisting evading or obstructing and officer.

Location: 33 Mile Marker NM 14, Santa Fe

Suspect: David Ibarra, 41 YOA male, Santa Fe

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an inoperable headlamp. Deputies contacted the driver who advised his license was revoked due to a previous DWI. The driver provided deputies with his information. The driver then fled the scene. A summons was issued.
