Deputies responded to a motor vehicle collision. Deputies contacted the driver and observed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a burglary. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned unknown suspect(s) stole a water truck and drove around the area, causing damage to the vehicle and fencing on the property. The vehicle was later returned and is no longer outstanding. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Dolores Josephine Lucero, 50 YOA, Female, Homeless
Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a female trying to break into the residence. It was also stated the female was not allowed at the location and there was a TRO in place. Once on scene, surveillance footage captured the female approaching the front door. The suspect was later located down the road and placed under arrest for violation of an order of protection. She was also served with two outstanding warrants for her arrest.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a stolen gas powered wheel barrow. Unknown suspect(s) took the wheel barrow monday night from the location. No surveillance, shoe or tire impressions located.

On August 22, 2023, Santa Fe County Detectives investigated a case where a female inmate alleged she was sexually assaulted by a corrections officer while incarerated at the Santa Fe County Jail. The investigation revealed there was enough evidence and probable cause to charge Jared Apodaca with Criminal Sexual Penetration. Jared was booked at the Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Deputies discovered the subject had a warrant for her arrest. Subject was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the jail without incident. Original Charge: Speeding 16-20MPH.

Deputies were dispatched to the area regarding suspicious vehicles. Upon arriving, Gutierrez was observed at one of the vehicles in question. Contact was made with Gutierrez and he was found to have an active arrest warrant. Gutierrez was arrested and during a search he was found to be in possession of a controleed substance. Gutierrez was booked into the jail.

Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a domestic violence situation. Upon arrival, deputies learned the above female battered her boyfriend. During the confrontation, the subject grabbed a rock and damaged the victim's car door and window, causing $1,000 in damage. The subject was taken to the hospital. The subject was summonsed into Santa Fe Magistrate Court.
