Deputies were conducting traffic enforcement in the area. A black in color GMC Envoy was observed over the 25 mph speed limit. Confirmed 40 mph in a 25 mph zone with radar. The driver was found to be driving on a revoked license with an arrest clause. The driver possessed an interlock license, but the vehicle was not equipped with an interlock device. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Deputies were dispatched to an assisting ambulance call for an unconscious 72 YOF. Lifesaving measures were attempted but unsuccessful. Cause of death appears to be of natural causes.

On the above date deputies conducted a traffic stop of a white in color GMC pickup, leaving the Home Depot parking lot while blacked out. the bed of the truck was full of merchandise from Home Depot. Through investigation it was determined the merchandise was stolen from Home Depot. Both occupants in the vehicle were taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location: 18094 US 84-285 Santa Fe, NM (Family Dollar)
Deputy dispatched to location in reference to male passed out and possibly overdosing. Once on scene, Deputy located fentanyl in plain view as well as an open container. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputy made contact with victim who wanted to file a report in reference to money stolen from her bank account. Deputy learned unknown suspect(s) somehow were able to withdraw money from her account totaling $1800.00. Case is under investigation.

Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a 4X6 trailer that was stolen. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned unknown suspect(s) removed the hitch lock on the trailer and drove off with the trailer. Sureveillance capture the incident at approximately 12:00 am. Case is under investigation.

Deputies made contact with the victim, reference identity theft. The victim was alerted about a security breach through her insurance company, where an unknown individual obtained her personal information. There was no further infomration at this time.

Deputies responded to the above location, reference a battery. It was learned through the investigation that the above suspects battered and caused temporary disfigurement to the victim's face. The suspects were re-booked into the SFCADF

Deputies responded to the above location, reference a suspicious person. During the course of the investigation, it was learned the individual broke into a shed on the preoprty. The suspect also had an active arrest warrant. He was placed in custody and booked accordingly.

On August 15, 2023, Deputies served Isaiah Debaca with an arrest warrant while he was incarcerted at the Santa Fe County Jail. The warrant was for failure to appear on a resisting evading, concealing and camping regulations in city limits. Isaiah Debaca was rebooked on the warrant.
