Victim reported sometime within the last two or three days, unknown suspect(s) forced entry into her studio and stole aforementioned items. Case is under investigation.

Deputy responded to location in reference to an unresposive male. Family was unable to reach him by phone so a friend went by to check on him when he discovered him unresponsive. No signs of life were observed. Cause of death appears to be from natural causes. No foul play suspected or observed.

Reporting person reported he discovered while conducting his walk-through of the residence, the suspect(s) entered the home, possibly using a key as no forced entry was located. Once inside, they stole a thermostat and a tank-less water heater. Damage was caused to piping when they removed the water heater. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported sometime during the last week his cargo trailer was stolen from a storage facility. On scene, the suspect(s) used a torch the cut the fence open to gain access. The trailer was later recovered at a residence in Santa Fe.

Arrested: Justin Montoya, 25 YOA male, Espanola
Deputies responded to assist Pojoaque Police on a traffic stop with a non-native American male. The male was stopped for traveling 130 mph in a 65 mph zone. Deputies contacted the driver and observed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.
