Arrived at District Court for Pre Trial services, a check revealed an active Bench Warrant. Suspect was taken into custody and given a copy of his bench warrant and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center (ADC) without further incident. Where he was booked in on warrant.
2024001435 - Burglary Commercial - 3/19/2024

Deputies were dispatched to the location reference to an alarm. Upon arriving, deputies observed force entry into the establishment. Deputies learned the suspects gained entry and stole merchandise from within. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a fraud. Deputies learned the incident occurred on March 8th. The victim's company credit card was used without his authorization. The total amount stolen was approximately $727.00. The victim has cancelled his card. No suspect information at this time.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a wanted person. Deputies located and identified Mr. Roybal. Mr. Roybal was placed under arrest for an active arrest warrant. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for booking.

Victim: 63 YOM (Santa Fe County)
Deputy responded to a call for service of a trailer being stolen. Deputy discovered that on 3/16/2024 at or around 6pm a black 18 foot trailer with ramps were stolen. Possible suspect info of a white in color, single cab truck with heavy tint. A bolo was issued to surrounding agencies. Possible license plate of 55624TRK

Today, deputies were dispatched to a report of a suspicious person, wandering in the reporting party's yard. Upon contact with the female/victim, she advised she was in the area because she had just been dropped off. The victim went on to state, she was picked up by two unidentified males, drove to an unidentified location, where she was then assaulted multiple times. The Victim advised she then left walking and was later found by deputies. There is no suspect information at this time.

Arrested: Calvin Robinson 41 yoa male (Espanola)
Subject was stopped by Pojoaque Tribal Police for a traffic infraction. Deputies were dispatched to the scene as the subject was not a tribal member and showed signs of intoxication. Upon arrival a DWI investigation was conducted and signs of impairment were noted. The subject was arrested and refused testing as required by NM law. He was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Angel Montez-Rivera, 57YOM, Espanola, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an assistance with other agency. Upon arrival it was learned that Pojoaque Tribal Police located a stolen motor vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Pojoaque Tribal Police determined the driver/suspect was non-tribal and called for SFSO. SFSO arrived on the scene and based on the police team concept, arrested the suspect. The suspect was transported and booked accordingly.
