Deputies responded to the location, reference an assistance call. Deptuies identified the suspect and learned the suspect had an active arrest warrant. He was tranported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

On December 7th, 2023, deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a C.Y.F.D. Referral. Dispatched conducted an NCIC check on Mr. Rivera, a resident to the address. Dispatch advised, Mr. Rivera had an active warrant for his arrest. Mr. Rivera was arrested and during a search of his person, deputies located suspected methamphetamine and Fentanyl. Mr. Rivera was transported to the Sante Fe Adult Detention Center for incaceration.

Stolen / Damaged: $25,000 in products / windows / shelving
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a burglary at a gas station at approximately 5:00 am. Deputies learned the suspects broke through glass to gain entry into the business, stole several items, and caused damage to the interior of the building.

Arrested; Erick Escobar Quintero 20 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Subject was traffic stopped for a stop sign violation. He was found to have an active warrant issued by the Honorable Judge Donita Sena for failing to appear in her court on a traffic case. Subject was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

On Wednesday, December 6th, 2023, deputies were dispatched to a Fraud Report. Upon investigation, an unknown person(s) gained access to the victim's bank account information. The information was then used to wirelessly cash a check worth 5,300 dollars. The suspect is not known at this time.

Deceased: 70 YOA female, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a 70-year-old female not conscious and not breathing. Deputies and Santa Fe County Fire Department medical personnel attempted life saving measures, but were unsuccessful in reviving the female. No signs of foul play were observed.
