Deputies responded to the location, reference an assistance call.  Deptuies identified the suspect and learned the suspect had an active arrest warrant.  He was tranported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility


Case#2023007127/Possession of Controlled Substance/12-7-23

Address: Sunrise Road, Santa Fe County

Arrestee: Shawn Rivera 45 YOM

On December 7th, 2023, deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a C.Y.F.D. Referral. Dispatched conducted an NCIC check on Mr. Rivera, a resident to the address. Dispatch advised, Mr. Rivera had an active warrant for his arrest. Mr. Rivera was arrested and during a search of his person, deputies located suspected methamphetamine and Fentanyl. Mr. Rivera was transported to the Sante Fe Adult Detention Center for incaceration. 


Case #2023007114 Burglary / Larceny / Criminal Damage 12/07/23

Deputy Assigned: L. Abeyta

Location: Colina Drive (Santa Fe County)

Stolen / Damaged: $25,000 in products / windows / shelving

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a burglary at a gas station at approximately 5:00 am.  Deputies learned the suspects broke through glass to gain entry into the business, stole several items, and caused damage to the interior of the building.


Case# 2023007113 Warrant Arrest 12-07-23

Location: 2200 block of Henry Lynch Rd

Arrested; Erick Escobar Quintero 20 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Subject was traffic stopped for a stop sign violation. He was found to have an active warrant issued by the Honorable Judge Donita Sena for failing to appear in her court on a traffic case. Subject was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.  


Case#2023007108/Fraud/12-6-23

Assigned Deputy: X. Boling

Address: Crazy Rabbit Drive, Santa Fe County

Victim: 61 YOM

On Wednesday, December 6th, 2023, deputies were dispatched to a Fraud Report. Upon investigation, an unknown person(s) gained access to the victim's bank account information. The information was then used to wirelessly cash a check worth 5,300 dollars. The suspect is not known at this time. 


2023007107 Larceny 12/06/23

Location: Avenida Frijoles (Santa Fe County)

Victim: 76 YOM

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a lareny.  It was learned item's totaling in the range of $7,000.00 were taken between October and December.


2023007095/2023007096/Warrant arrest/ 12-5-2023

Location: 5701 Herrera Dr, Santa Fe NM 

Arrested: J. Stoneburner 38 YOM

Subject was located at Walmart and had multiple warrants for his arrest. The original charges were expired registration, no insurance, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC

subject had an open court warrant for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Subject was booked into ADC


2023007094/warrant arrest/12-5-23

Arrested: J. Esquivel 39YOM

subject was located at the above location and had a confirmed warrant for his arrest. The warrant was for failure to pay with the original charge of receiving stolen property. 


Case #2023007099 Unattended Death

Deputy Assigned: L. Abeyta

Commander Entering: Sgt. B. Lattin

Location: Ruta Sin Nombre, Santa Fe

Deceased: 70 YOA female, Santa Fe

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a 70-year-old female not conscious and not breathing. Deputies and Santa Fe County Fire Department medical personnel attempted life saving measures, but were unsuccessful in reviving the female. No signs of foul play were observed.
