Deputies were dispatched to a report of Burglary. Upon investigation, some time today, an unknown person opened the Victim's vehicle and stole her purse. The Victim's car was left unlocked so forced entry was not necessary. The suspect(s) has yet to be identified.

Deputy Gallardo conducted a traffic stop where contact was made with Mr. Fresquez. Mr. Fresquez's eyes were dilated so Mr. Fresquez was asked to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Upon testing, several clues were observed in each test. Mr. Fresques was arrested for DWI among other infractions.

Missing: Sarah Caswell 36 YOF
Deputies recieved a call, requesting to file Ms. Caswell as Missing. Ms. Caswell was last seen, getting dropped off on Old Santa Fe Trail (unknown cross street) some time in September of 2023. Ms. Caswell has not been heard from since. It is common to not hear from Ms. Caswell for a month or two but never this long. Ms. Caswell was entered into NCIC as a missing person.

Deputies were dispatched to a report of Burglary. Upon investigation, an unknown person(s) broke out the front driver side window and stole a purse. The burglary took place some time between 7:00am and 12:00pm today. At this time, there is no suspect information.

While attending a hearing, a remand order was issued for Mr. Giron. Mr. Giron was transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Ortiz-Lopez, Nathaniel 26 YOM
During a court hearing, Nathaniel was advised he was going to be remanded into custody. Nathaniel ran out of the court room and was quickly taken into custody. Nathaniel was transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Today, deputies were dispatched to a report of Burglary. Upon investigation, an uknown person(s) entered through the garage of a home, still under construction. The suspect(s) then proceeded to dismantle the garage door to steal it. The burglary took place sometime between February 19th and the 20th. There is no suspect information at this time.

Subject served with an active warrant while incarcerated at Santa Fe ADC. The warrant was for failure to appear with the original charge of Criminal damage to property.

Arrestee: Amber Padilla 33 YOF and Jacob Gallegos 33 YOM
Deputies were dispatched to a traffic stop that officers with the Pojoaque Police Department conducted. Pojoaque officers advised they were out with a stolen vehicle and the two occupants are non-native. Deputies responded and ultimately arrested both occupants for the above charges.
