Location: Agua Fria St / Camino Juliana

Vehicle pulled over for speeding. Driver’s driving privileges were confirmed to be revoked due to a prior DWI charge. Driver placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.  


Case #2025001723 / DUI / 3/23/25

Location- Paseo Real

Arrested- Geovanni Reynoso Rodriguez (36 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Deputies were dispatched to the area of 108 Paseo Rael in reference to a single vehicle rollover crash. The driver was displaying signs of impairment, however he was transported to the hospital by ambulance. When a deputy arrived at the hospital, the suspect agreed to submit to SFST's and agreed to a blood draw. Following release from the hospital, he was booked at ADC.

Location: NM 344/Dinkle Road, Edgewood

Arrested: Jacob Maestas, 24 YOA male, Ohkay Owingeh  

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle for speeding. Deputies learned the driver had a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.   


Case #2025001718 Abuse of 911

Location: Paseo De Martinez, Santa Fe

Arrested: Setphanie Miller, 18 YOA female, Arizona

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a female who called 911 and hung up 24 times within 3 and a half hours. The female stated to dispatchers that she was scared and not in a safe place. When deputies contacted the female, she denied being in any danger and denied calling 911. Upon further questioning the female admitted to calling 911. The female was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.  


Case #2025001720 Driving while license revoked, Expired registration, No insurance

Location: NM 76/Evergreen Ln, Espanola

Arrested: Donald Trujillo, 68 YOA male, Hernandez

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration. Deputies contacted the driver and learned he had a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The male was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.  


Case# 2025001714 / Driving while license revoked / 3-23-25

Location: El Llano Rd, Santa Fe NM 

Arrested: Gabriel Martinez 

Deputies conducted a traffic stop for a traffic infraction observed on El Llano Rd. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle, who had a revoked driver’s license. The driver was placed under arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention facility, where he was booked accordingly.


Case# 2025001713 / Death Investigation / 3-23-25

Assigned: J. Barron

Entering: Cpl. F. Hernandez 

Location: Marissa Lane, Santa Fe NM 

Decedent: 49 YOM 

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an ambulance assist. Upon arrival contact was made with SFCFD, who advised lifesaving procedures were not conducted, due to obvious signs of death. The deceased suffered from medical conditions, no foul play is suspected.


Case #2025001710 / Warrant Arrest/ 3/22/25

Location- US 84/285 @ MM 187

Arrested- Michayla Quintana Salazar (26 year old female/ Espanola)

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehilce for a traffic infraction. The driver was contacted and found to have an outstanding warrant out of Rio Arriba County. She was arrested and booked on the warrant.

Arrested- Emanuel Martinez

Locatioon US 84/285 @ MM 182

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for a driving infraction. Upon contact with the driver, he was found to have two outstanding warrants. One was a felony warrant out of Bernalillo County, and one was a misdemeanor warrant out of Rio Arriba County. Mr. Martinez was arrested on the warrants and booked at ADC.


Case #2025001706 & 1707 // Warrant Arrest (x2) - 3/22/2025

Location: State Road 76

Arrested: Mark Vigil (56 YO)

Deputy made contact with an individual who was known to have warrants. Individual was identified and had two warrants and was arrested. Warrant was for failure to appear on original charge of possession of a controlled substance, and failure to appear on a traffic violation.
