Location: Geo Lane/ Airport Road

Arrested; Filadelfo Escobar 33 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Subject was stopped after he was observed driving west bound on Airport Road unable to maintain his lane and driving 15 mph below the speed limit. Contact was made and subject found multiple signs of impairment were observed. SFST's were conducted and the subject was arrested. Subject provided a breath sample of .16 and .15. He was taken to SFADC where he was booked without incident. 


Case #2024002653 / Driving While License Revoked / 05/24/2024

Location: NM-76 / Mile 2

Arrested: Sidney Quintana (55 YOA)

Duputies responded to a call for service in reference to a motor vehicle collision. During the investigation, it was learned the suspect did have a valid interlock license, however the vehicle she was operating did not have one installed.  The driver was placed into custody and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.


Case #2024002643 / Battery Against a HHM - Agg Assault With a Deadly Weapon - False Imprisonment / 05/24/2024

Deputy Assigned: J. Dillinger

Location: Bishops Lodge Road

Arrested: Avery Amann (27 YOA)

Deputies responded to a call for service, in reference to a 911 hangup X2. Deputies discovered that the above named suspect confronted his mother with a knife, pushed her and did not let her leave for close to one hour.  Suspect was arrested and booked without incident.


Case #2024002639 / ID Theft / 05/24/2024

Deputy Assigned: C. Cullison

Location: South Estrellas Road

Victim: 66 YOF (Santa Fe County)

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to identity theft.  The victim reported that she received a letter from Mountain America Credit Union, which informed her that an unidentified person(s) attempted to open an account utilizing her personal information. The credit union flagged the account and an internal investigation has begun. The victim did not lose any funds during this occurence.


Case #2024002637 / Unattended Death / 05/24/2024

Deputy Assigned: A. Gallardo

Location: Gunbarrel Road

Decedent: 62 YOM

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a cardiac arrest.  The decedent was located not conscious or breathing inside of his home. EMS personnel stated there were no obvious signs of life and life-saving measures were not performed. OMI conducted a separate investigation and concurred there was not any suspicious activity and the death appeared to have occurred from natural causes.       


Case#2024002617 Death Investigation 05-22-23

Assigned: J. Watson 

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location: Jacona Road (Pojoaque)

Deceased: 76 year old male 

Subject was found deceased in his backyard. Investigation was conducted. OMI also came to the scene. Death appears to be of natural causes and no signs of foul play were located. 


Case#2024002622 Criminal damage to property of a household member

Assigned: M. Ward

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location 2300 Block of Angel's way 

Arrested: Eloy Trujillo 34 Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, an investigation was completed. The investigation revealed Mr. Trujillo had become upset and destroyed a large screen television. He was arrested and booked without incident. 


Case#2024002623 Burglary 05-23-24

Assigned: R. Blea

Location: 3700 Block NM 14

Arrested: Jamie Pruitt 46 yoa female 

Deputies were dispatched to an address off NM 14, after the victim found a female asleep in her house. Deputies located the female inside residence and placed her in custody. The female was also found to have drank two bottles of wine before falling asleep. She was booked into SFADC without incident. 


2024002608/Criminal damage to property/5/22/24

Location: NM-14/ Veterans Memorial 

Victim: NM-DOT

On May 22, 2024, 2024 Deputies Were Dispatched to the location of NM 14 and Veterans Memorial construction site in reference to Criminal Damage. The reporting person stated someone damaged the windows on their heavy equipment CAT Dozier. All the windows were broken on the dozier, estimating about 8,000 dollars. There are no suspects witnesses or cameras in the area.     


Case #2024002601 Unattended Death

Location: Vestal Way, Santa Fe

Deceased: 75 YOA female, Santa Fe

Deputies responded to the location for a report of an unattended death. Deputies were advised a friend went to check on the decedent, and found her not conscious and not breathing. The decedent was beyond life saving measures. No signs of foul play were observed. The Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted to respond to the scene and conduct their investigation.
