Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a fraud. Through investigation it was learned the victim wired a total of $10,000.00 to what he believed to be a BitCoin investment company. The victim learned the investment was a scam. It is believed the suspect is from another country., possibly China.

Traffic stop was conducted on vehicle. Driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. driver was arrsted and booked into Santa Fe ADC with out incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to two females fighting. Upon arrival it was learned the above subjected battered her girlfriend. Subject was arrested, transported and booked without incident.

Stolen: 2019 Orange Kubota Tractor
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a stolen tractor. The reporting party/victim advised someone stole his tractor, sometime between June 28th and today.

Arrested: Danny Charley, 31YOM, Gallup, NM
Deputy responded to a reckless driver call. The vehicle was observed failing to maintain lanes, and a traffic stop was conducted. An odor of alcoholic beverage was detected. SFST's were conducted, and impairment was observed. Driver was later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

Arrested: Kacie Ranes 24 yoa Female (Alcalde)
Deputies observed a female on private property near a fence with a large hole in it. Deputies conducted an investigatory stop to ensure no theft occurred from the business. The subject was interviewed and ran through NCIC. She was found to have two active warrants for her arrest issued by the Rio Arriba Magistrate Court charging failure to appear on charges of battery against a household member & driving while her license is revoked. She was arrested and booked into SFADC without further incident.

Deputies were dispatched to location regarding an individual who was unconscious and not breathing. Deputies arrived and observed the above male not displaying any signs of life. OMI responded. Foul play is not suspected.
Case #2023003913 Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle

Deputies were contacted by the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) in regards to a vehicle they had recovered in Albuquerque. BCSO advised deputies the vehicle was taken in Santa Fe County. The victim located his vehicle and flagged down a BCSO deputy. The vehicle was entered and removed from NCIC. No suspect information at this time.

Arrested: Daniel Velasquez 28YOM
On the above date, I conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for no license plate lights. I learned that the driver of the vehicle was invalid/revoked pursuant to 122G clause. I observed signs of impairment and after SFST's, placed the male under arrest. The male provided two valid breath samples indicating a BrAC of .17g/210L. The male was booked into ADC without further issue.
