Deputies responded to location in regards to a possible domestic disturbance. During the investigation it was learned the suspect battered victim. Suspect was arrested and booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Traffic stop was conducted on vehicle for speeding. Driver had two extraditable warrants for his arrest. Subject was arrested and booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Deputy responded to the SF ADC for an inamte found in possession of multiple strips of Suboxone. MAle was charged and re-booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Location: Camino Apolonia, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies made contact with the victim. Upon arrival, it was learned the victim was inquiring about a work-from-home program through Instagram when her information was hacked. The suspect was able to access her bank account information and stole $100.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe (Santa Fe Adult Detention Center)

Re-Booked: Leonard Gomez, 35YOM, Moriarty, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the Adult Detention Center in reference to a narcotics violation. Upon arrival deputies met with corrections officer, who advised the above subject was found with 59 strips of suboxone. Subject did not have a valid prescription for the suboxone. Subject was re-booked without incident.

Deputies were dispatched in reference to an abandoned motor vehicle. Upon arrival deputies made contact with the above subject. Subject was checked for warrants and it was discovered the subject did have an active arrest warrant. Subject was placed under arrest, transported, and booked into jail without incident. Original Charge: Shoplifting

Arrested: Isaiah J Martinez 22 yoa male 

Deptuies proceeded to the area in an attempt to serve a restraining order. Upon locating the respondent of the restraining order, they were notified by SFRECC that the subject also had an active warrant for his arrest issued by the Santa Fe Municipal Court for Failure to appear regarding a battery and disorderly conduct charge. Subject was booked into SFADC without incident.

Arrested: Antonio Montejano, 22 YOM, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a narcotics violation. Upon arrival, corrections officers stated they had located narcotics on the above individual. Based on the deputy's investigation, it was determined the amount of drugs and the fact the subject had them in his possession, the subject was re-booked into jail.

Missing: George Cotez, 44YOM, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, deputies met with the reporting person, who stated that their tenant had been missing for about two days. The reporting person noted this was out of the ordinary and was concerned for their tenant. The subject was entered into NCIC as a missing person.
