Deputies received a call for service in reference to disorderly conduct. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the above subject. During an NCIC inquiry, it was learned the subject had two warrants for her arrest. The subject was arrested, transported, and booked accordingly without incident—original Charge: D101CR202300467- unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, criminal trespass, and immediate notice of accidents. D101CR 202300466-Recieving transferring stolen motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Upon contact with the driver, it was discovered through an MVD inquiry that his driver's license was revoked due to a past DWI. The subject was placed under arrest, transported, and booked into jail accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to a report of a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. Upon investigation, sometime between 1/21/24 and 1/22/24, an unknown person(s) entered her vehicle and stole several items. The vehicle was left unlocked. Camera equipment was taken. There is no suspect information.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a report of Breaking and Entering. Upon contact with the Victim, he was able to point out the suspect, walking down the road. Mr. Baca was placed under arrest for Breaking and Entering. It was later discovered that he also had a valid warrant for his arrest. The warrant is for failing to pay fines for original charge of No Driver's License. Mr. Baca was also booked on the warrant.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a report of Burglary. Upon contact with the victim, he was able to point out the suspect who was spotted walking down the road. It was later discovered, the suspect, Mr. Baca broke into the victim's shed and was living in there. Nothing was stolen from the shed. Mr. Baca was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Arrestee: Felipe Tena 30YOM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location as an officer with Tesuque Police Department stopped a vehicle. Upon contact with the driver, it was dscovered he had an invalid revoked driver's license (DWI related). The driver, Mr. Tena was deemed non-native so a deputy was requested. Deputy Gallardo later arrived and placed Mr. Tena under arrest.
