On Sunday, May 28, 2023, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a battery. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim who advised he was battered by another inmate. The suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies responded to location in regards to a fight. It was learned the suspect struck the victim over the head with a baseball bat. Victim was checked by SF Medics and the susect was placed under arrest and booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Arrested: Hunter Gurr, 29YOM, Cerrillos, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a tip of a wanted person. Upon arrival, deputies located the above individual based on a description from the caller. While attempting to make contact with the subject he ran from deputies and continued to resist arrest. Subject was tased and was ultimately placed in handcuffs. While subject was asked what his name was, he provided a false identity. Subject was arrested, transported to the hospital, and booked into jail.
Case#2023003226/ Burglary and Unlawful taking of a Motor Vehicle/ 5-27-23

Stolen: 2007 Yamaha YZF/R! Black in color.
Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival victim stated someone opened his garage door and stole the above UTV. Victim stated the incident occured sometime between 5/26 and 5/27. The UTV was entered into NCIC as Stolen.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a vehicle being broken into. Deputies were advised that unknown suspect(s) broke into the victim’s vehicle and stole several items. No suspect information at this time.

Deputies were patrolling the above location when they observed a disturbance in a vehicle. Deputies conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the above individual. An NCIC check was performed, and it was learned the subject had a warrant for her arrest for criminal trespass. The subject was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without incident.
