Deceased: Ronald Graham, 85 YOM, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, it was learned that the decedent had not been seen in a while, and the apartment staff grew concerned. Deputies were able to gain entry into the residence and locate the decedent. The decedent, in fact deceased. OMI was contacted and conducted their investigation. No foul play is suspected.

Subject agreed to chemical testing and results were 0.26g/210L and 0.26g/210L. Subject was arrested and booked into SF ADC with out incident

Deputies responded to the lcoation in regards to a welfare check. During the investigation, deputies learned a male they were speaking with had an extraditable warrant out of Rio Arriba county for a probation violation. Subject was arrested and booked at SF ADC with out incident.
2023002706 Assault / Criminal Trespass

Location: 225 Montezuma Ave. Santa Fe, NM
On May 3, 2023, The above suspect entered the 1st Judicial Courthouse with a friend. The suspect became upset and proceeded to cause a disturbance while leaving the premesis. The suspect returned a short time later and was asked to leave the property numerous times and refused. Suspect was placed under arrest for trespassing. During the course of the investigation it was learned the suspect had entered the building and caused an employee, to fear he was going to have to defend himself from an attack. Suspect was booked without incident.

Deputies stopped out with a suspicious vehicle at a trailhead after hours. Subject was siting in the driver seat with the ignition running. Male stepped out and displayed signs of impairment. As deputies attempted to be place subject in handcuffs, Subject began to pull away and resist. Subject battered two deputies as he was being placed under arrest. Male was also driving a vehicle with no interlock installed and had a handgun that loacted near the driver seat where the subject was sitting.
