Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a male not concious and not breathing. Life saving measures were unsuccessful and there were no signs of foul play. OMI arrived on scene andtook over the investigation.

Arrested: Jerome Duran, 28 YOM, Las Vegas, NM
Deputy dispatched to the 285 MP on Interstate 25-NB in reference to a fight. Once on scene and through investigation, it was learned the Suspect battered his boyfriend after they started arguing over who was at fault for missing court. During the argument, the suspect bit victim causing minor injury. The Suspect then started throwing the victim’s belongings over the bridge. Suspect arrested, transported, and booked into jail without incident.

Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction at the above location. The driver was found to have a revoked license. Driver was arrested and booked into Santa Fe County ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to Fort Marcy Park in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Deputies made contact with the reporting party. Reporting Party advised their vehicle was broken into while they were on a hike. A purse containing a credit card was taken. No known suspects at this time.

On May 1st 2023 between the hours o 4:45 PM and 5:45 PM an unknown suspect broke the left front window to a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek using some kind of prying tool and stole items valuing $1900.

SUSPECT(S) GAINED ENTRY INTO THE RESIDENCE BY PRYING OPEN A DOOR ONCE INSIDE THE RESIDENCE SUSPECT(S) BROKE ALL THE WINDOWS IN THE HOUSE FROM THE INSIDE OUT AND RANSACKED THE RESIDENCE. NO ITEMS WERE STOLEN.. NO SUSPECT INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

Deputies were contacted by the victim at the First Judicial District Courthouse, (225 Montezuma Ave, Santa Fe, NM). The victim stated she observed a high dollar amount transaction from her savings account. When the victim contacted her banking facility, she learned of more transactions dating back to January, 2023, totaling over $15,000. The fraudulent transactions were from PayPal, HSBCBK, Robinhood and GESA Credit Union. The victim has since closed the account. There is no suspect information at this time.

Deputies responded to a welfare check. A male was located and found to have a warrant for his arrest. Search incident to arrest revealed 9 blue pills. Suspect was arrested and booked.

SOMETIME BETWEEN APRIL 28 AND MAY 1 OF 2023, SUSPECT(S) GAINED ENTRY INTO A FENCED YARD BY CLIMBING OVER THE FENCE AND USING A BACKHOE AT THE LOCATION TO KNOCK DOWN THE FENCE AND TAKE THE TRAILER. THERE IS NO SUSPECT INFORMATION AT THIS TIME. PENDING FURTHER INFORMATION.
