Deputies stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation, and learned the driver had a revoked license with an arrest clause. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

DEPUTIES WERE DISPATCHED TO THE LOCATION IN REFERENCE TO A CARDIAC ARREST. THE MALE WAS FOUND UNCONSCIOIUS AND NOT BREATHING. MEDICAL PERSONAL ATTEMPTED LIFE SAVING MEASURES BUT WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF FOUL PLAY OBSERVED BY MEDICAL STAFF AND THE DEPUTIES. OMI WAS CALLED AND TOOK OVER THE INVESTIGATION.

VEHICLE WAS STOPPED FOR SPEEDING. UPON CONTACT WITH THE DRIVER HE STATED HE DID NOT A LICNES BUT HIS PASSENGER/ SUSPECT DID. UPON GETTING HIS LICENSE BLUE PILLS FELL OUT OF HIS WALLET. SUSPECT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR POSSESSION AN TRANSPORTED TO THE SANTA FE COUNTY ADULT DETETNITON CENTER WHERE HE WAS CHARGED AND BOOKED WITH OUT INCIDENT.
