Deputies called out for an overdose for a male unconscious, not breathing. upon arrival chest compressions were administered and narcan was deployed. EMS also began resuscitative actions and were unsuccessful. Omi was contacted, nothing suspicious was observed.

Traffic stop was conducted on vehicle for following another vehicle too closely and unable to drive within its lane of traffic. Driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest and agreed to chemical testing. Breath results were 0.16g/210L-0.16g/210L. Driver was booked into Santa Fe ADC with out incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was determined the above subject battered the victim. The subject was placed under arrest, transported , and booked accordingly.

Damaged: (Total Value $1,100) Vehicle windows and House Window
Deputies were dispatched to criminal damage to property. Upon arrival, deputies learned that the suspect had broken three vehicle windows and a home window. The victim was able to give deputies the suspect's description. Deputies were able to locate the suspect a few blocks away and took him into custody. While being searched, a slingshot was located in the suspect's pockets. The suspect was charged and booked accordingly.
Case #2023007445 Aggravated Battery, Receiving Transferring a Stolen Motor Vehicle

Warrant being obtained
Deputies were dispatched to an address in the City of Santa Fe in reference to an aggravated battery that occurred in the county. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim who stated he was battered by the suspect. Victim stated he was hit multiple times by the suspect with close fists. Victim and suspect then got in their respective vehicles, and the suspect proceeded to use his vehicle to ram the victim while the victim was inside of his vehicle. An arrest warrant is to be drafted.

Arrested: Juvenile, Kansan; Juvenile, Oklahoma
Deputies responded to a motor vehicle collision. While investigating the collision, it was discovered the two juveniles involved were in a stolen motor vehicle Both juveniles were also listed as runaways.

Deputy stopped out with a vehicle that lost control and struck a guardrail. Driver agreed to SFST's and shoed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and agreed to chemical testing. Results were 0.18g/210L-0.17g/210L. Subject booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Deceased: 36 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a possible overdose. Upon arrival, the male was not conscious and not breathing. Deputies were advised the male had taken narcotics. CPR and narcan were administered, but unsuccessful. The Office of the Medical Investigator (OMI) was contacted, and responded to the scene. OMI and deputies observed no signs of foul play.

Deputies responded to the location to assist Pojoaque Police on a traffic stop. Deputies observed signs of impairment on the driver. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a weapons infraction. Deputies learned that the suspect threatened individuals at the location with a firearm while intoxicated. The subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
