Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a fraud. Deputies learned the victim had sent about $1900.00 worth of gift cards to an unknown person. The victim was under the impression that she was sending money for an apartment lease, which was deceptive.

Arrested: John Hanley 48 yoa male
RECC received a call regarding an FJ cruiser traveling the wrong way on the Interstate. Deputies located the above subject stopped facing southbound in the northbound lanes. Subject was found to be asleep. After he was woken up, he admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages and submitted to SFST"s. He showed several signs of impairement. Subject was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to an active domestic dispute. Investigation revealed suspect had brandished a firearm and threatened his girlfriend. Subject was arrested and booked without incident.

Arrested: Felicia Rega, 34YOF, Portales, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. The victim stated he had not gone inside and did not know if anyone was in the home. Upon making entry the suspect was found sleeping on a bed in one of the bedrooms on the South end of the house. The suspect had broke a window to the residence to gain unlawful entry. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without incident. .

Stolen: HP Laptop, Samsung Tablet, Thumb Drive, and Power Cords
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival deputies learned sometime between Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 10:00 am and Friday, April 7, 2023 at 1:00 pm, unknown person(s) entered victim's vehicle through an unlocked door and removed his bag containing the aforementioned items. The vehicle was not damaged and no other items were taken. Exact location of theft is unknown at this time.

Victim stated son stole some musical equipment valued at $5,500.00. Suspect was gone prior to Deputies arriving on scene. A criminal summons was issued.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Deputies conducted a MVD inquiry on the above subject and discovered his drivers license was revoked. Deputies placed subject under arrest, transported, and booked him into Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without incident.

Stolen: Catalytic Converter (Value $2,000) from 2017 Honda Pilot
On April 09, 2023 at about 1500 hours, deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a larceny. upon arrival, deputies met with the owners boyfriend, who stated that sometime between the hours of 0930-1445 hours, unknown suspect(s) unlawfully removed the catalytic converter from the above vehicle as it was parked in the parking lot (Nambe Church). The RP valued the damage and catalytic converter at about $2,000.00. No suspects at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a female who was not conscious and not breathing. Through a thorough investigation, deputies learned the female had an extensive medical history and a history of drug use. Foul play is not suspected.
