Location: Sky Ridge Drive (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Raymond Sanchez (50 YOA)

Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies discovered that the above named offender had grabbed his significant other by her neck area and threatened her with a pipe wrench. Deputies also discovered that another occupant of the home was battered and later attacked by the offender wielding a blunt object. Offender refused to come out of home. Offender eventually surrendered himself. The suspect was arrested and booked at the SFADF without incident.


Case #2024002367 / False Imprisonment - Battery Against a Household Member X2 - Interference with Communications - Larceny / 05/08/2024

Location: Camino Seco (Boneyard Road)

Suspect: Adam Montoya (25 YOA)

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, the victim was located with blood around her mouth and bruising to her face. Victim stated the above suspect was in a physical altercation with her the previous day. The abuse continued the next morning and the victim attempted to leave in her vehicle to call 911. The suspect prevented her from leaving by continuing to batter the victim. The suspect then threw the victim out of her vehicle and left the residence, taking her phone in the process. An arrest warrant was approved for the above listed charges.


Case #2024002364 / Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle - Larceny / 05/08/2024

Location: Casa Rufina Apartment Complex (Santa Fe County)

Victim: 57 YOA

Stolen: 1989, white in color, Toyota Pickup

Deputies responded to the Casa Rufina apartments in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. It was discovered between 6:00 pm on 5/7 and 6:00 am 5/8, the victim had his vehicle stolen. The vehicle had a toolbox with various power tools. Distinguishing characteristics; silver in color, toolbox; red in color, skid plate; blue in color, design on the driver door; NM-AMKL81. The vehicle  was entered into NCIC as stolen and bolo'd to surrounding agencies.


Case #2024002361 Aggravated DWI, Careless driving, Leaving the scene of an accident

Location: Avenida Eldorado and Avenida Torreon, Santa Fe

Arrested: Noah Caulfield, 28 YOA male, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to a report of a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road, and that had hit a stop sign. Deputies located the vehicle and the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.


Case#2024002351/Embezzlement/05-07-2024

Location: 180Block of US 84/285, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Christopher Manzanares, 36YOM, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the above business. It was discovered that within the past three weeks the subject unlawfully stole aproximately $1,000.00 from the business. Subject was transported, arrested, and booked accordingly.


Case#2024002347/Unattended Death/5-7-24

Assigned: K Whyte

Entering: Sgt. C Valencia

Location: Camino Caballo, Santa Fe County, NM

Deceased: 77YOF, Santa Fe County, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a cardiac/respiratory arrest. SFC Medic 80 arrived on the scene prior to Deputies and stated the death was obvious and that the deceased showed no further signs of life. The deceased had recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer. No signs of foul play. OMI arrived on the scene and conducted their investigation.


Case#2024002319/ID Fraud/5-7-24

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an ID fraud. It was learned the victim recieved a telephone call from Discover Card stating that someone had attempted to open a credit card using their social security number.

Tesuque Village Rd/NM 592

Traffic stop was conducted on vehicle and driver was driving on an invalid-revoked license. Driver was arrested and booked into SF ADC with out incident. 


Case#2024002316/Criminal Damage to Property/5-6-24

Assigned: R Vallejo

Entering: Sgt. C Valencia

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center

Damaged: Glass Window (Value $1,500.00)

Re-Booked: Issac Guiterrez, 36YOM, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center in reference to a call about criminal damage to property. Upon arrival, Deputies learned that earlier in the day, the above subject was being housed in the facility for an unrelated crime when he began to kick the glass window. While reviewing the surveillance video, Deputies observed the above subject breaking the window. The subject was re-booked on the above charges. 


Case#2024002305/Criminal Damage to Property/5-5-24

Location: Colina Dr., Santa Fe, NM

Damaged: Front Glass Door (Value $1,100.00)

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a criminal damage call. It was learned that two suspects shattered the front glass door to the business. The suspects did not gain entry but left on foot shortly after damaging the window. It is unknown how the suspects broke the front doors.
