Arrested:Jesus Hernandez 25 yoa male (Espanola)
Subject was stopped for speeding. A check of the subject's driver's license revealed that his privledge to drive is revoked, due to a prior DWI arrest. Subject was taken to the SFADC and booked without incident.

Item taken: Teal Iphone 11 in pink case (Recovered)
On April 6th 2023, while victim was attending church services, an unknown suspect broke the right front window and stole the phone from the center console. The phone was located through the Find My Iphone App about 200 feet north of the church on the side of Richard's Ave. and returned to the owner. The incident occurred between 7pm and 9pm

On April 6th 2023, while victim was attending church services, an unknown suspect broke the driver's side window with some kind of prying tool and stole the wallet from the center console glove compartment. Incident occurred sometime between 5:40pm and 8:30pm.

On Thursday April 6, 2023, Deputy was sent to Sierrita De Valencia in Glorietain reference to death investigation. Upon the Deputy arriving at the location the female was found lying on the couch covered deceased. After a check by medical personal the female was found to have no signs of life. Medical personal and the Deputy did not see any signs of foul play or OMI when they arrived. Female passed away from natural causes. Next of kin was at the location.
