Deputy responded to location in reference to an unresponsive male who had a fall. Paramedics also arrived on scene and performed CPR with no result. Cause of death appears to be of natural causes. No signs of foul play observed or suspected.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies arrived on scene and determined that the suspect and victim had an argument about dogs that were at the residence. During the argument, the confrontation became physical. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Stolen: 2001 Chevrolet 2500 (Total Value $2,000.00)
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies learned the victim discovered that his vehicle was unlawfully taken sometime between November 23, 2023 and November 24, 2023. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.

Deputies were dispatched in reference to an assistance with other agency. Upon arrival, deputies met with BIA Police and were advised that the above subject had been stopped for speeding. During a MVD records check it was learned the subjects drivers license was revoked based off a prior DWI and he was not a tribal member. Deputies placed the subject under arrest, transported, and booked accordingly without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies learned the vehicle was unlawfully taken sometime between November 22, 2023 and November 23, 2023. The value of the vehicle is about $6,000.00.

Arrestee: Isaiah Vigil, 21 YOM, From Santa Fe, NM.
Victim: 55 YOM
Deputies were dispatched to a call of a male who was destroying property within the residence. Upon arrival, contact was made with Mr. Vigil who would later admit to hitting the victim in the face, with a baseball bat. It was also discovered that Mr. Vigil had damaged several windows, a door, and windows to two vehicles. Mr. Vigil was arrested and charged accordingly. The victim did not suffer from any life threatening injuries.
