Victim reported while she was dining at the restaurant unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered her vehicle and stole her cell phone on Friday, November 10, 2023. Vehicle was not damaged so she believes she inadvertently left it unlocked. Case is under investigation.

Deputy responded to location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Through investigation it was learned unknown suspect(s) stole victims Polaris RZR while he was away from his residence. Case is under investigation.

Deceased: 22YOM, Espanola, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash with injuries. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the driver to be deceased. OMI was contacted, and the Next of kin was advised of the death. The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office Traffic Homicide Investigation team was activated and is currently investigating the factors of the crash.

Deputies were dispatched in reference to a fraud. Upon contact, the victim stated that she was the business manager for the business. The manager said she located a discrepancy in the business's financial records and began investigating. She said she contacted her bank and learned that the above suspect cashed a business check for the listed dollar amount. It is unknown how the suspect obtained the business's check or information.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival deputies learned the victim had several construction workers in her home. The next day it was discovered that jewlery was missing. At this time, suspect(s) are unknown.

Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on Interstate 25. Upon contact with one of the drivers, deputies observed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.
