Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a cardiac/respiratory arrest. Upon arrival, family members were performing CPR on the decedent. Medics arrived on scene and determined that life-saving procedures were not effective. The decedent had recent medical issues and a history of drug abuse. OMI was contacted and conducted their investigation. Foul play is not suspected.

The above person was locaed and had an active arrest warrant and is a felon, He was also found in possesion of a stolen RV, a handgun and narcodics. He was booked and the new charges and the arrest warrant.

Deceased: 69 year od male
Deputies responded to a call of a person experiencing cardiac arrest. Upon arrival the male was found to have no signs of life. The male was later pronounced deceased by the O.M.I. The male has an extensive medical history. No signs of criminal activity were located on scene and the death appears to be of natural causes.

The subject was stopped for a traffic violation. The subject had consumed alcoholic beverages prior to driving. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were noted. The subject was arrested and submitted to chemical testing, which revealed a .08 BrAC. He was booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a fraud. Upon arrival deputies learned the victim had recently mailed a check to another state. The victim's bank contacted her today and advised the check had been cashed by an individual that the check was not inteded for. It was also learned the name the check was made out to was crossed out and replaced by another name.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival deputies learned the victim left the above bicycle on his front porch. It is believed the bicycle was taken by unknown suspect(s) sometime between October 1, 2023 and October 2, 2023.

The subject was involved in a crash. The subject was found to be operating his vehicle at a high rate of speed and struck another vehicle. Upon making contact with the subject, he displayed signs that he had consumed alcoholic beverages. SFST's were later conducted and subject showed signs of impairment. The subject refused any chemical testing. The subject was arrested and booked without incident.

The subject was involved in a crash and fled the scene. Deputies located him a short time later. Subject showed signs that he was under the influence. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were noted. The subject was also found to be operating the vehicle while his license was revoked due to a prior DWI. The subject was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest from the Santa Fe Magistrate Court.

Stolen: Three firearms (Total Value $1300)
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, deputies learned the victim stored his firearms at a storage unit located at the above location. The victim stated the padlock had been taken off sometime between September 30, 2023, and October 6, 2023, and the firearms were unlawfully taken. At this time, the victim does not have the firearms serial numbers in order to enter them into NCIC.
