Subject was stopped for a traffic violation. Subject was found to have 2 active warrant for his arrest out of the First Judicial District Court. The warrants were issued for failing to comply with adult probation. The original charges for both warrants charged armed robbery. Subject was booked into SFADC on both warrants without incident.

Arrested: Danny Romero III 24 yoa (Santa Fe))
Subject was stopped for a registration offense. Upon making contact with the subject, he was observed to have: red bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech, and a heavy smell of an intoxicating beverage coming from his breath. Subject was requested to complete SFST's. During the performance, subject showed multiple signs of impairment. During the walk and turn test, subject refused to complete testing and was arrested. Subject refused all chemical testing. Subject was booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies were contacted by Casino Security in reference to a larceny. Deputies observed surveillance footage of a female stealing a cellphone from another casino patron. Suspect was located and arrested. Suspect was booked into ADC.

On Saturday, March 11, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a physical domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect had battered a household member and held her against her will. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked without incident.

On Saturday, March 11, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim who advised an unknown suspect pointed a firearm at them. The suspect then fled the area. This case remains under investigation.

On Saturday, March 11, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim who adivsed between 2:30-3:30 pm, unknown persons broke into their vehicle and stole the above items. Case remains under investigation.
