On Saturday, March 11, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim who advised unknown subjects entered the home and stole the above mentioned items. This occurred on 03-10-2023 from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Jorge Hernandez, 47 YOA male, Espanola NM
Deputies attempted traffic on vehicle for failing to maintain lane. Vehicle stopped in driveway of residence. The driver fled on foot and was apprehended. Signs of impairment were observed. Driver was arrested. Driver was booked into ADC.

On Thursday, March 9, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a larceny. Contact was made with the victim and they advised the item was stolen between 9:00 pm on 03-08-2023 and 9:00 am on 03-09-2023. This case remains under investigation.

On Thursday, March 9, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a fraud. Contact was made with the victim and the victim advised unknown persons used their identity to apply for unemployment benefits. This case remains under investigation.
Case #2023001450 Driving while license revoked, Warrant service.

Deputies responded to assist Pojoaque Police on a traffic stop. Driver was found to have warrants and a revoked license due to a previous DWI. Driver was arrested and booked into SFCADF.

Deputies responded to a rollover crash. Driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was transported to the hospital for injuries. Driver was admitted into the hospital. Driver was issued a summons for the DWI and Careless driving.

On Wednesday, March 8, 2023, deputies responded to the above location for a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival, it was determined the above vehicle was stolen on 03-06-2023. This case remains under investigation.

Deputes responded to a disturbacne where the subject had a active warrantfor his arrested. While Deputies attempted to place the subject under arrest, he struck a Deputy with a door attempting to barricade himself in the home. Male attemted to flee but was apprehended. Subject was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.
