Location: 5 Camino Valle, Santa Fe, NM (Dollar General in Eldorado)
Stolen: Packs of cigarettes, cell phone, numerous amount of other merchanise
Deputy responded to business after employee arrived on scene and discovered the store burglarized. It was learned unknown suspect(s) forced their way into the business by prying open a back door. Once inside, they broke the glass to the cigarette case, cell phone case and stole multiple items. Surveillance cameras are currently under review. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Cody Kesler (52 YOM)
Deputies initiated a traffic stop on the suspect for a traffic violation. During the stop, it was learned the suspect was operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked with the arrest clause attached. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Stolen: Ice Chests; Front, Harley Davidson Tire; Motorcycle Lift; Solar Panel; Dishes; Extension Cord; Misc. Clothes
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a larceny. Deputies learned between September 25 at 3:30 pm and September 26 at 12:30 pm several items were taken from around the outside of the residence. Deputies also learned that the suspect entered an unsecured RV and stole items from inside.
Case #2023005761 Recieving transferring a stolen motor vehicle 09-25-23

Location: NM 599/ E. Frontage Road
Arrested: Jimmy Archuleta 32 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Subject was observed driving a vehicle with no license plate and driving in an erratic manner. A traffic stop was attempted, and the subject fled the area. The subject drove the vehicle into a field behind the Valle Visa subdivision where he exited the vehicle and was arrested. The vehicle was found to be stolen. The registered owner advised he wanted charges pressed. The subject was also found to have two separate warrants for his arrest. The subject was booked into SFADC on charges of aggravated fleeing, receiving transferring a stolen motor vehicle and the outstanding warrants.

Arrested: Kenneth Lewis 43 (Santa Fe)
Location: N. Sierra Place (Santa Fe)
Deputies responded to reports of the subject engaged in a domestic dispute with his estranged wife. Upon arrival the subject had fled the area. Investigation revealed the subject had entered and punched a television causing damage over $1000.00. Deputies were called back to the residence about an hour later, as the subject had came back to the residence. During his time back at the residence, he damaged metal screens trying to make entry into the residence. He was located by deputies at the rear residence trying to contact the victim. Further investigation revealed he had operated his vehicle back to the residence while intoxicated. Also the subject has two open felony cases for domestic violence against the victim and his conditions of release state he cannot contact her. The subject was arrested and booked into SFADC.

Suspect: Savina Rivas (34 YOF)
Deputies responded to a call for service reference a domestic disturbance. The suspect had active warrants for her arrest. While being booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, Correction Officer's located narcotics on Ms. Rivas. She was booked accordingly.
Case #2023005752 / Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon

Suspect: Roy Jones (Unknown Age)
Deputies determined that an offender by the name of Roy Jones (no other identifying information given), who possibly lives in the south valley of ABQ assaulted the caller with an axe after a civil dispute. Efforts are being made to identify and interview the suspect

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival contact was made with the above subject. Through investigation, it was learned the above subject had a warrant for her arrest. Subject was arrested, transported and booked into jail without incident. Original Charges: No registration, Burglary of a motor vehicle, criminal damage to property, criminal trespass.

Location: West Alameda / San Ysidro Crossing, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Gallegos, Christopher 38 YOM
Mr. Gallegos was parked blocking the roadway of West Alameda. During contact with Mr. Gallegos, an odor of an alcoholic beverage was observed. A DWI investigation was conducted where Mr. Gallegos displayed signs of impairment. Mr. Gallegos was placed under arrest, transported and booked into jail without incident.

Contact with subject was made during a traffic stop in the area of Dinosaur Trail. Subject had a warrant for his arrest out of Magistrate Court., with the original charge of shoplifting overe $500.000. Subject was booked into SFADC accordingly.
