Deputies were contacted to assist Pojoaque PD on a traffic stop. The driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was issued a summons for the charges.

On Thursday, February 2, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, it was found that unknown suspects gained unlawful access to a garage and stole the above item. This occurred between the 31st of January and the 2nd of February, 2023. This case remains under investigation.

On Thursday, February 2, 2023, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a female who was not conscious and not breathing. Deputies and paramedics responded but the female displayed no signs of life. OMI responded to the scene. Deputies and OMI did not locate anything suspicious about this death and it appeared to be of natural causes.

On Thursday, February 2, 2023, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown persons broke into a propane storage locker and stole several canisters of propane. This incident remains under investigation.
Case #2023000691 Stolen motor vehicle

Deputies responded to location reference a stolen motor vehicle. Through the investigation it was learned the above suspect was in possession of the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen. A summons was issued for the suspect.
