On 1-7-2023 in the early morning hours, Deputy L. Martinez served the warrants on the above suspect, Leonard T. Sandoval. Sandoval was served the warrants and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.
2023000125- BATTERY ON A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER & CHILD ENDANGERMENT

On 1-6-2023 at about 10:53 p.m., RECC received a call reference to a domestic incident at a residence off El Llano Road in Santa Fe County.
Upon deputies' arrival, it was learned the above suspect, Nancy Diaz had battered her boyfriend and the father of her small child as he was holding the infant. Diaz and her boyfriend had been in an argument when this occurred. Diaz was taken into custody without incident by Deputy Ruben Blea. Diaz was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on the charges of Child Endangerment and Battery on a Household Member.

On Friday, January 6, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a person being in possession of a stolen vehicle. A Pueblo of Pojoaque Police Officer had located the male in a 2018 Kia Sportage, which had been reported as stolen in Santa Fe, NM. Contact was made with the male and he was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.
