Deceased- 45 year old male (Chimayo)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to an unconscious male who was cold to the touch. Medics arrived on scene, and it was determined that he was beyond life saving measures. Paraphernalia was discovered on a nearby table, and a detective was called to investigate. Eventually OMI was called to the scene to complete their investigation.

Location- Los Tres Vecinos
At 5:57 AM, deputies were dispatched to a house fire at the above address. Upon arrival, deputies observed a home, engulfed in flames. Deputy L. Abeyta and Deputy R. Vallejo were the first on scene. One juvenile was located outside the residence, and one juvenile was still inside. This child had to be rescued by deputies. Both children were transported to the hospital for their injuries. SFSO CID was called to investigate, along with the Fire Marshall.

Arrested: Luz Hernandez (24 YO)
Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to no license plate light and no insurance. Contact was made with the driver who was identified and found to have a revoked drivers license due to a prior DUI. Driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle parked in the roadway, then accelerate at a high rate of speed. Deputies observed signs of impairment in the driver. Driver performed field tests, but refused chemical testing. Driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

Deputy made contact with a suspicious vehicle with individuals around the vehicle. One of the individuals identified was found to have a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of driving on a revoked license and speeding. Individual was booked.

Victim stated his utility storage trailer was taken between 7am and 2PM. He had misc. items of value inside the trailer. He satted that unknown suspect(s) cut a lock on his hitch and took the trailer. Case is under investigation.

Suspects entered the establishment and attempted to leave without paying. The suspects used force to get by employees and fled the scene. Case is under investigation.

Decedent: 77 YOF
Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a deceased female. Once on scene it was learned the female was beyond help. A friend arrived to check on her and found her deceased. No signs of foul play observed or suspect.

Deputy dispatched to location after victim discovered unknown suspect(s) tried to make entry to her shed. A door was pried open. It is unsure if the shed was entered. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Arneston Morales Chavez 23 YOM
Deputies were advised of a hit and run where vehicle had been abandoned on the roadway, just south of the crash, near milepost 5. During investigation, Deputies came to find the suspected driver. SFST's were conducted and suspect showed signs of impairment and subsequently arrested. Suspect was booked at SFCADC without incident.
