LOCATION: 225 MONTEZUMA (DIST COURT)
SUSPECT: MALE BLACK SHIRT AND A FEMALE DRIVING A GREY CAR.
VICTIM/ JUROR ADVISED SHE HAD WENT OUTSIDE THE COURT HOUSE DURING BREAK AND HAD LEFT HER TOTE BAG (YELLOW IN COLOR) OUTSIDE NEAR HANDICAP PARKING WHICH CONTAINED A STRAW PURSE, CAR KEYS, MONEY AND A CHECK BOOK. VICTIM WALKED AWAY FROM HER TOTE BAG FOR ABOUT 5 MINS AND WHEN SHE RETURNED IT WAS GONE. VICTIM WAS ADVISED BY ANOTHER JUROR HE OBSERVED A MALE IN A BLACK SHIRT TAKE IT AND THEN GET INTO A GREY CAR BEING DRIVEN BY A SKINNY FEMALE.

Suspect: Mark Sisneros; 29 YOM
Deputies responded to a call for service, reference a larceny. Victim reported her son was inside her home on July 23rd, and believes the suspect took the firearm while visiting. The case is pending further investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a reckless driver. The vehicle was located a traffic stop was conducted. Contact was made with the suspect, who showed obvious signs of impairment. Standardized Sobriety Fields Tests were conducted, but stopped for suspects safety. Driver was arrested and booked

Deceased:66 YOM, Santa Fe County, NM
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a cardiac/respiratory arrest. Upon arrival, medics were already on scene conducting life-saving measures. Medics learned a DNR was in place and life saving measures were stopped. The decedent suffered from ongoing medical issues. Foul play is not suspected. OMI was called and completed their investigation.

Arrested: Vanessa Clinton 25 yoa female Albuquerque
The subject was stopped by a SFPD officer traveling, after the SFPD observed the vehicle swerving all over the highway. The vehicle was then observed traveling at about 28 mph by the SFPD officer. Upon arrival, Deputies assumed the investigation, and conducted SFST's to which the subject showed several signs of impairment. She was arrested and submitted to chemical testing which revealed a .29,.29 breath alcohol content. An inventory of her vehicle revealed multiple open containers. She was booked into SFADC without further incident.

Arrested: Hector Lujan Fierro 39 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Deputies located a vehicle off to the side of the road. Investigation revealed the driver had fallen asleep and traveled off the roadway. The subject showed signs of impairment and attempted to complete SFSTs. The tests were ceased as the subject was impaired and could not safely complete the tests. The subject was arrested and refused chemical testing. The subject was taken to SFADC where he was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Sarah Cano 23 yoa female (Santa Fe),
Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to an illegally parked car. Upon arrival, they located the illegally parked vehicle. The occupant of the vehicle was found to have two active warrants for failing to appear in the Santa Fe Municipal Court. She was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

Arrested: Enrique Gonzales 23 yoa male (Santa Fe)
The subject was found asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle while parked with the vehicle's lights on parallel to the front doors of a closed business. Investigation revealed the subject admitted to driving to the location and thought he was on Airport Road. Subject showed signs of impairment and was arrested. He submitted to a breath test which revealed a .13, .14 breath alcohol content. The subject was booked into SFADC without incident.

Arrested: Antonio Pacheco 26 yoa male Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to Camino Vista Aurora in reference to a male on a bike who was casing the area at about 2:30 a.m. Deputies located a male who matched the description walking on the parallel street (Lopez Lane). The male stated a woman yelled at him and thought he was casing their vehicle. Deputies did not find signs of a burglary but the male was found to have an active warrant for his arrest issued by the Santa Fe Municipal Court. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

Arrested: Clemente Tafoya 54 yoa male Albuquerque NM
The subject backed his vehicle into a Pojoaque Police Officer's vehicle in the parking lot of Buffalo Thunder. Deputies made contact with subject who had signs of impairment. He submitted to field sobriety tests and did not perform well. The subject was arrested. He submitted to a breath test which revealed a breath alcohol content of .20, .19. The subject was booked into SFADC without incident.
