Deputies responded to a assisting fire department call. Upon arrival it was determined to be a motor vehicle collision. During the course of my investigation it was determined the driver was under the influence of Marijuana. Fields were conducted and the above listed male consented to a blood draw. He was transported and booked accordingly.

Vehicle stopped for expired registration. Driver returned revoked with the arrest clause attached due to a DWI. No insurance was with the vehicle. Driver also found to have warrant. Suspect was booked into ADC.

Deputies were dispatched location for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival deputies discovered the suspect and the victim got into a physical altercation over allegations of infidelity. Based on the physical evidence and the statements made during the interviews, suspect was arrested and booked at the Santa Fe County Jail for Battery Against a Household Member.
