Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above listed location. Upon contact with the driver sings of impairment were observed. SFST’s were conducted, upon arrest decision implied consent advisor was read and agreed. The male provided breath samples at or above twice the legal limit. The male was booked into SFCADC.

On Sunday, December 25, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a physical domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with all involved parties. It was learned the above individual battered a household member. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked without incident.

During the investigation, it was learned the subject had an active bench warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, she was booked without incident.
