Deputies were dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the vehicle and rummaged through the vehicle. It is unknown if anything was taken at this time.


Case#2024002083/Violation of a Temporary Restraining Order/4-23-2024

Assigned: R Vallejo

Entering: Sgt. C Valencia

Location: E Saddle Spur, Santa Fe County, NM

Arrested: William Jobe, 42YOM, Edgewood, NM

On todays date, Deputies served a TRO on the above subject. Within several minutes of departing the residence, Deputies recieved notification from the victim stating that the above subject had made unlawful contact by sending text messages and a telephone call. After investigation, deputies placed the subject under arrest, transported, and booked him into SFC ADC without incident. 


Case# 2024002069 - Larceny / Criminal Damage to Property - 4/23/24

Location: Colinas Del Sol, Eldorado NM 

Stolen: (48) Blue Rhino Propane Tanks 

On the listed date Deputies responded to the location in reference to a Larceny. Upon arrival contact was made with the reporting part at the Phillips 66 gas station, who advised at approximately 5:00 am, he noticed the Blue Rhino propane storage cage was damaged with the lock broken. Deputies reviewed surveillance which shows the suspect (s), damaging the cage and steeling multiple propane tanks at approximately 2:00 am. Deputies collected all the evidence, the case is under investigation.  


Case# 2024002070 - Burglary / Criminal Damage to Property /  Larceny - 4/23/24

Location: 18590 US 84/285, Santa Fe NM 

Stolen: (15) Miscellaneous vehicle tires 

On the listed date Deputies responded to the location in reference a burglary. Contact was made with the reporting party, who stated the Garcia Tires, storage container was burglarized. The reporting party showed deputies video surveillance, which shows an 80s model Dodge pickup truck pulling the storage container doors with chains attached. The suspect (s) took multiple tires from inside the storage container. Deputies collected all physical evidence, the case is under investigation.


Case# 2024002066 - Unlawful Taking of a Motor vehicle - 4/22/24

Location: Agua Fria st, Santa Fe NM 

Stolen: Big Tex Trailer Plus 5x8

Deputies made contact with the victim, who advised his Big Tex 5x8 utility trailer was stolen from the location. The victim advised his utility trailer was taken sometime between 4/17/24 through 4/22/24, from the Montano sand and gravel. The victim advised he utilized the location to store his utility trailer, however the location is not secure nor does it have video surveillance. No further information is available at this time; the case is under investigation.


Case#2024002063 - Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member - 4/22/24

Location: Gonzo Dr, Santa Fe NM 

Suspect: Marc Barraza (36 YOA Male) 

Deputies made contact with the victim, who reported the incident while receiving medical attention at a medical facility. The victim reported the suspect made unauthorized entry into her residence and battered her multiple times. The victim sustained multiple injuries consistent with her statement. Deputies were unable to locate the suspect, a warrant for his arrest has been issued.


2024002051 - D.U.I/Driving while License revoked/ Careless Driving 04-21-24

Location: Calle Redonda / El Llano Rd

Arrested: Annette Archuleta (43 YOA) 

On the listed date Deputies located the subject parked on the roadway. The subject was asleep behind the wheel, with the vehicle in drive.  Deputies conducted a D.U.I investigation after noticing signs of impairment. The subject refused to submit to testing and was arrested on the listed charges.


Case#2024002048 Battery on a peace officer & Attempt to escape custody 04-21-24

Assigned: Deputy Ben Wilson 

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location: 455 St. Michaels Drive (St. Vincents Hospital)

Suspect: Alisa Van Zelst 30 yoa female 

Subject is an inmate at SFADC who is being held on multiple felony warrants out of First Judicial Court. The subject claimed she had a seizure and was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital as a precaution. While at the hospital, the subject kicked a correctional officer 3 times in the chest while attempting to escape custody. Hospital Staff/Security were able to gain control of the subject and assist the correctional officer in getting the subject secured. Alisa was charged with Battery on a peace officer and Attempting to escape custody. 


Case #2024002047 // Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle - 4/20/2024

Location: Corral Blanco

Stolen: Utility Trailer 

On 4/20 Deputies responded to the residence in reference to a stolen trailer. Suspect pulled up to the residence, hooked up the trailer to a vehicle, and left the residence. Case remains under investigation at this time. 


Case #2024003027 // Battery Against a Household Member - 4/19/2024

Deputy Assigned: C. Lattin

Location: Entrada Tranquilas

Arrested: Bradford Bogle (49 YO) 

Deputes were dispatched to the residence for a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed the suspect had been drinking alcohol, and became irate with his parents. During an argument, suspect shoved his father multiple times. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.
