Deputies conducted a traffic stop for impeding traffic. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. The driver refused to perform the SFSTs or provide a breath sample. The driver was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active warrant for her arrest out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to appear on charges of shoplifting and resisting. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active warrant for her arrest out of Rio Arriba County Magistrarte Court for failure to appear on speeding and evidence of registration charges. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. While checking the driver's information, it was confirmed that the driver had a revoked driver's license due to a prior DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

The victim advised she was scammed into buying thousands of dollars worth of gift cards after receiving a text message from unknown persons.

Case #2025001297 / Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle / 03/04/2025

Stolen: 2005, gray in color, Honda Accord; NM-9386HP

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.  The vehicle was taken from the reporting person's property without consent.  The case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a domestic disturbance.  It was determined that Mr. Baca battered a household member and was subsequently arrested.  He was booked accordingly

Arrested: Haud Hayward (56 YO)

Traffic stop was initiated due to a vehicle not having registration. Contact was made with the driver and he was identified and found to have multiple warrants for his arrest as well as a revoked drivers license due to a prior DUI. Suspect was booked at the detention facility and charged.
