Location: 174 Tesuque Village Road, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Keys, Identifying Information, Backpack.

Deuties were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Deputies learned from the victim that her jeep had been broken into at the Tesuque Post Office on 5-4-23 at about 5 p.m. An unknown person made entry into her locked and alarmed Jeep, through a slightly cracked passenger window. The unknown person removed a small brown vinyl backpack, which held her spare house and Jeep keys, driver's license and misc. credit cards and S.S.# card.

Location: 1 Block of Alcalde Loop, Eldorado, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an ID theft. Upon arrival, it was learned the victim received a telephone call from two unknown individuals stating that she had a warrant for her arrest due to a social security issue. The suspects advised the victim that she needed to transfer money to quash the alleged actions. The victim did not transfer money, but the suspects did have her identifying information.

Location: 100 Block of Camino De Roberto, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Matthew Gomez, 32 YOM, Santa Fe County, NM

Deputies were investigating a seperate incident, when the above subject was located in a vehicle with the door open and asleep. Deputies made contact with the above subject and learned the subject had a warrant for his arrest. Deputies placed the subject under arrest, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail without incident. Original Charge: Larceny and criminal damage (Case# 2023002775), Criminal Damage to property (Case# 2023002777). 

Case#2023002774/Unattended Death/ 5-5-23

Deputy Assigned: C. Podolak

Commander Entering: Cpl. C Valencia

Location: 2300 Block of Casa Rufina, Santa Fe, NM

Deceased: Ronald Graham, 85 YOM, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, it was learned that the decedent had not been seen in a while, and the apartment staff grew concerned. Deputies were able to gain entry into the residence and locate the decedent. The decedent, in fact deceased. OMI was contacted and conducted their investigation. No foul play is suspected.

Traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle. Driver was asked to perform SFST's and subject showed signs of ipairment. Driver had an open alcoholic beverage inside the vehicle. Subject agreed to chemical testing and results were 0.26g/210L and 0.26g/210L. Subject was arrested and booked into SF ADC with out incident

Arrested Bobby Trujillo 32YOM (Cuba, NM)

Deputies responded to the lcoation in regards to a welfare check. During the investigation, deputies learned a male they were speaking with had an extraditable warrant out of Rio Arriba county for a probation violation. Subject was arrested and booked at SF ADC with out incident.

2023002706 Assault / Criminal Trespass

Suspect: Eric Fadden; 46 YOM

Location: 225 Montezuma Ave. Santa Fe, NM

On May 3, 2023, The above suspect entered the 1st Judicial Courthouse with a friend. The suspect became upset and proceeded to cause a disturbance while leaving the premesis. The suspect returned a short time later and was asked to leave the property numerous times and refused. Suspect was placed under arrest for trespassing. During the course of the investigation it was learned the suspect had entered the building and caused an employee, to fear he was going to have to defend himself from an attack.  Suspect was booked without incident.

On May 4, 2023, Deputies responded to Judge Lamar's courtroom, located the Santa Fe County District Court.  It was learned that the suspect had an active warrant for his arrest.  The suspect was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.
