Location: Open Field south of Wildlife Way SFNM
On the above date, the above officer witnessed a large fire at the above location. Upon arrival, witnesses advised officer that an airplane had crashed. Officer then heard an explosion and requested additional personel to the scene. Further investigation showed that a plane had in fact crashed and the deceased pilot was the only one on board. The scene was turned over to the Sheriff's Departments Fatal team for further investigation.

On the above date, the above officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for failure to maintain his lane of traffic. The defendant showed signs of impairment and was arrested. The defendant refused to provide a chemical sample and was transported and booked at the adult detention center.

Location: Interstate I-40 around mile marker 190 area
Officer Assigned: Deputy J. B. Nissen
Suspect: Dominc P. Gustamantes, 27 yoa male
Charges: Aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault on a peace officer, negligent use of a deadly weapon, 5 counts of resisting obstructing an officer, reckless driving and open conatiner.
On this date, the above listed suspect was reported to be driving recklessly and running other citizens off of the roadway. Deputy Nissen came into contact with suspect east bound on I-40 where he made tryed to conduct a traffic stop, but the suspect failed to stop and placed other citizens in danger. The vehicle was stopped in Moriarty, where suspect exited his vehicle with a firearm (handgun) and started pointing it at the officers. During the course of interaction the suspect physically resisted being restrained by five officers. During the investigation the suspect was found to have open containers of alcohol inside of his vehicle. After suspect was arrested he was transported to the Adult Detention Center and booked on above listed charges.

On this date the victim reported to the Sheriffs Office that he was being tailgated by a white car with tow males inside of it. They all entered the parking lot and he confronted suspects about their driving. During the argument, one of the suspects pulled a batton or a knife and yelled he was going to beat him. Victim called and reported incident, and suspects left the area before deputies arrived. Case under investigation at this time.

On this date the above listed suspect was located by deputies while they were at burglary call. While deputies were conducting investigation it was discovered suspect had an active warrant for his arrest for failure to appear. He was taken into custody with out incident and taken to the Adult Detention Center.

On this date the above mentioned person was reported missing by her family. Kimberly was last seen leaving her residence in a silver 2008 Chrysler PT-Cruiser on 9/28/2008 at about 8:30am. Kimberly has not taken her prescription medication in a couple of days and is in need of them. Kimberley’s vehicle was located outside Socorro NM, and she had been given a ride to a truck stop in Socorro NM by a tow truck driver. Kimberly told the tow truck driver that she was in route to Las Cruces NM. Kimberly has been entered into NCIC

On the above date, the above officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for almost colliding with another vehicle. Upon making contact, the defendant displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. The defendant had a .11 BrAC and was transported and booked at the adult detention facility.

On the above date, the above officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for failure to maintain his lane of traffic. Upon making contact with the defendant, he displayed signs of impairment. The defendant was arrested and refused to submit to a chemical test. Upon conducting a vehcle invetory two open container of beer were located. Defendant was transported and booked at the adult dentention center.

On this date victim contact Sheriff's Office to report that his brother had punched him in the face, then pushed over his motorcycle causing damage to it, then started driving in in a reckless and doing donuts in the yard. Victim reported that his brother was trying to run over him with the car while he was doing the donuts. Victim reported that suspect was on cocaine and the fight started because he wanted money to buy more drugs. Investigation showed where suspect had been involved in a domestic with his girlfreind in the city. Case and charges are still pending due to on going investigation. Suspect at this time has not been located.

A Sheriff's Deputy observed the above named defendant driving a motorcycle at a high rate of speed, passing other motorists on the shoulder and weaving dangerously through traffic. The vehicle was stopped and the driver arrested and charged accordingly for reckless driving and driver must be licensed.
