On the above date, officer witnessed the defendant speeding on Airport Rd.  Upon conducting a traffic stop the defendant displayed signs on impairment.  It was found that the that the suspect failed field tests and was arrested.  The defendant had a BrAC of .21.  While being booked at the adult detention center, it was learned that the defendant had four prior DWI arrests and was charged felony.

ON THIS DATE SUBJECT WAS OBSERVED WITHOUT TAIL LIGHTS ON VEHICLE.  SUBJECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED. SUBJECT HAD A BAC OF .16  .17  SUBJECT WAS TAKEN TO ADC AND BOOKED ACCORDINGLY.

ON 12-29-08 IT WAS REPORTED THAT UNKNOWN SUBJECTS HAD OPENED A MERVYN'S ACCOUNT UNDER THEIR NAME AND CHARGED $355.00 TO THE ACCOUNT.

 VICTIM REPORTED THAT BETWEEN 0630 AND 1830 HRS. THIS DATE UNKNOWN PERSONS GAINED ENTRY TO THE RESIDENCE VIA THE BACK DOOR.  ONCE INSIDE SUSPECTS TOOK THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS.

ON 12-29-08, OFFICER WAS DISPATCHED TO THE ABOVE LOCATION. OFFICER MET WITH THE VICTIM WHO STATED THAT BETWEEN 9 P.M. ON 12-28-08 AND 9 P.M. TODAY UNKNOWN SUBJECTS ENTERED RESIDENCE THROUGH A SIDE WINDOW AND TOOK THE ABOVE ITEMS.

Victim reported that somtime between 12/10/08 and 12/28/08 some unknown person entered his unlocked stored vehicle that was parked on his property. upon entering the vehicle the suspect stole the above handgun valued at about $426.00. The gun was entered into NCIC. This incident is currently under investigation.

Sometime between 11-01-08 and 11-30-08 someone stole a 18 karat diamond ring from the above location. The ring was valued at $15,00.00 and there are no suspects at this time. There were no signs of forced entry and the victim suspects that it might be one of her cleaning persons.
