Deputies responded to a report of a group of males armed with bats, knives and a gun in the Tierra Rael MHP threatening another male. The suspect vehicle was intercepted by Deputies leaving the park and a felony stop was conducted. The investigation revealed that a dispute had transpired over the sale of a Playstation 2 video game system for $100.00. One juvenile took his older cousins to the victim's residence to collect the money owed. While at the residence people armed themselves with bats and a knife. It was alleged that a gun was present but was not found. Both sides of the dispute reported that they defended themselves and due to conflicting stories, no arrests were made for this incident. The case will be forwarded to the DA's office for review. The traffic stop did yield the discovery of a small amount of marijuana and several pyrex pipes. The driver was cited into court on possession charges.

Victim reported that between June 15th and this date unknown suspect (s) entered the property and broke the windows out of 14 vehicles parked there. Victim stated that the damage would be about $40,000.00 to replace all of the windows. case is under investigation at this time.

On this date, the victim reported that she left her house around 6am to go to work. Around 2pm this date she received a telephone call from her sister telling her that someone had entered her house. She arrived home and found where someone had entered the house through a damaged window. The victim reported to the officer that the only thing missing at this time is her drivers license and $45.00 in cash. Case is under investigation at this time.

Deputies responded to the above location regarding a domestic altercation. The above two males were involved in a physical fight, in which they battered each other. There was corroborating evidence to determine the primary aggressor and both were placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On 08-04-08 the victim stated that the above suspect was kicked out of her house on the 31st of July, 2008. When the victim returned home on the 1st of August, 2008 she notice the above items missing. The victim also obtained a report from her credit card company and it showed her credit card had been used at a local bar. According to the victim the suspect was seen using her card at the bar.

When the victim confronted the male he exited the residence and fled the area in an older model Toyota station wagon (silver in color). Victim reported that three diamond wedding rings valued at $6,500 were stolen. Further investigation into this matter is pending.

Victim went to pick up his girlfriend at the above location when three males approached his vehicle. One of the males was holding an object in his hand and the other opened the car door and started yelling at him, demanding his money. The victim was able to drive away and elude his attackers. The suspects are unknown at this time.
