Driver was seen by deputy leaving the baseball fields off of Caja Del Rio.  The driver was observed driving 15 to 20mph on a posted 45mph zone.  Upon conducting a traffic stop, the driver appeared to be under the influence ie. blood shot watery eyes.  Driver failed field sobrity tests and was placed under arrest.  The driver had a .11 and .10 BrAC.  He was transported and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location: 1437 Tesuque Creek SFNM

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a report of a domestic disturbance and a larceny.  Upon his arrival, he spoke with the complainant who advised that he and his girlfriend were having an arguement when he left the residence to seek help from the neighborhood security officer.  Upon his return home, he discovered that his girlfriend had taken his lap top computer and his cordless telephone.  Officers attempted to locate his girlfriend to no avail.

CHARGES:  WARRANTS - FAILURE TO APPEAR

On this date Deputy Hayes was at the Detention Center serving a warrant, when she was notifed by the staff there that they need two warrants served to the above listed suspect which was in custody there.  Deputy Hayes served both warrants to him without incident.

LOCATION: 7200 BLOCK OF CERRILLOS ROAD / JAGUAR ROAD AREA

CHARGES:  WARRANT-FAILURE TO APPEAR

On this date Deputy Hayes was investigating reports of a breaking an entering, where four suspects were located inside of a camper.  Suspect was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failure to pay fines out of Santa Fe Municipal Court.  He was taken into custody without incident and taken to the Detention Center.

CHARGES FAILUER TO APPEAR / FAILURE TO PAY FINES

On this date officer observed a red 2008 Ford F-150 south bound Highway 599, speeding. Investigation showed where all three persons in the vehicle were in possession of open containers.  while suspect was getting his citation for open container, it was discovered that he had two warrants for his arrest out of Luna County for failuer to appear and pay fines for open container citations


CASE# 0208006260 / AGGRAVATED DWI, DRIVER TOO BE LICENSED, OPEN CANTAINER / 07-20-2008

LOCATION:  HIGHWAY #599 / CAMINO LA TIERRA AREA

ARRESTED: GUILLERMO CRUZ-MUNOZ, 46 YOA MALE

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DWI, OPEN CONTAINER DRIVER TOO BE LICENSED

On this date officer was investigating a report of a reckless driver, when vehicle was located on the shoulder of roadway.  Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested.  A breath test was completed and the results were .28 / .30 BrAC.  Suspect was taken to ADC on above listed charges.

LOCATION: AIRPORT ROAD / PASEO DL SOL AREA

ARRESTED:  ALFONSO GUIZAR, 25YOA MALE

CHARGES: dwi-ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC AND DRIVER TOO BE LICENSED

On this date the above listed suspect was stopped eastbound on Airport Road failing to maintain his lane of the roadway.  After vehicle was stopped the suspect was found to be intoxicated and he was arrested without incident and taken to the Adult Detention Center.

LOCATION:  1100 BLOCK OF OLD GALISTEO ROAD / HONDO AREA

SUSPECT (S); UNKNOWN

CHARGES: PENDING

On this date victim notified Sheriff's Office about their front door being kicked in.  Investigation showed where someone had kicked in front door and removed computers, cameras, DVD players and cash from the residence.  Case is still under investigation at this time.

Charged:  Bench warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court charging failure to appear

On 7/20/08, deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a suspicious person.  Deputies made contact with complainant who had an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim advised that sometime between July 15, 2008 and July 19, 2008 forced enty was gained it her residence and several dresser drawers and closets were rummaged through.   It is unknown at this time if any item were stolen.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.
