On 7/18/08, suspect was found passed out on the side of the road in a 2004 BMW 4d, bearing NM plate # 184-PJK. Suspect was in full control of vehicle and was foind to be impaired. Suspect was arrested but refused to give a breath/blood sample. A search warrant was obtained. Suspect had 4 proir DWI's. Suspect booked/charged accordingly.

Victim reported that between 7/15/2008 an 7/16/2008 some unknown person(s) burglarized his residence by entering an open window. This incident is currently under investigation.

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance: Cocaine, Tampering with evidence, DWI, speeding, open container, no proof of insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia
On 7/17/08, suspect was driving a 2006 Ford F-150 doing 65mph in a 35mph zone, and was found to be impaired. Suspect was arrested, and charged accordingly.

Sometime between 07-13-08 and 07-17-08, unknown persons broke into a tack room at the above location. Once inside the room the above items were stolen. Case is currently under investigation.

Victim stated she left her home at about 8:15am and returned at about 5:00pm, she found that her home had been burglarized. Entry was gained through the west facing bathroom window by using force. Once inside the above items were taken.

On 07-17-08 at about 5:50pm an unknown suspect entered the Coach Store located at 8380 Cerrillos Road and stole 5 Soho Sig purses. The subject was described as a young Hispanic male wearing blue jeans, a blue striped shirt, and a dark baseball cap. The subject was seen running to a red in color nissan car. Case is currently under investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between 6/5/08 and 6/27/2008 some unknown person stole seven gold rings from residence. Victim stated she has not had any guest in her residence but did have her carpets cleaned on 6/5/08. This incident is currently under investigation.

On 7/17/2008 suspect was located passed out in the drivers seat of his vehicle parked in the Wall Mart parking lot. Upon making cotact with the defendant, Deputy found out that he was intoxicated and incapable of performing SFST's. The Defendant was arrested, a breath test was administered and he was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On 4/14/08 suspect was released from the Santa Fe County Jail. At the time of his release the Jail had lost his property. Suspect was given a property claim form to fill out. Suspect returned a fradulent reciept for the Belt buckle. Suspects property was later found.

On 7/16/2008 a 70 year old male subject passed away from what appeared to be from natural casues. Male subject had a past history of heart complications. There did not appear to be any signs of foul play.
