On 7/16/08, suspect was driving a 1990 Toyota Camry, east bound on Airport and was stopped in the middle of the roadway. Suspect was found to be impaired, and was arrested and charged accordingly. Breath test .10/.09

On June 26, 2008 the victim noticed the above items missing from her residence. The victim stated that there was no sign of forced entry. The victim had hired two individuals to take care of her residence while she was on vacation from March 4th, 2008 through March 18th, 2008. Case is currently under investigation.

On 07-16-08 the above subject was placed under arrest after being found in possession of cocaine and marijuana. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 7/15/2008 victim reported that a storage shed on her business property had been burglarized by an unknown suspect. A witness in the area saw a small white pick up truck parked near the shed early in the morning. This incident is currently under investigation.

Victim stated that sometime between Tuesday June 24th, 2008 and July9th, 2008 someone broke into a shed at the above location and stole the above items. No pysical evidence was located at the scene.

Sometime between 07-14-08 at 9:00am and 07-15-08 at 9:30am unknown person(s) broke a gate on a storage area off of Avenida Del Sur. The suspects then stole the above trailer, which was entered into NCIC.

Charged: Driving while License is suspended or revoked
On 7/14/2008 at about 3:15pm Deputy observed what appeared to be a domestic disturbance on the side of the roadway. While attempting to make contact with the vehicle a 2003 Honda Acura, it attempted to drive away. Contact was made with the driver whos drivers license was found to be suspended/revoked with and arrest clause. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reported that on July 13, 2008 sometime between 12:00am and 2:00am, his 2002 Subaru Outback was burglarize while attending a party. Victim believed he left his vehicle unlocked due to the fact that there was no signs of forced entry. This incident is currently under investigation.

On 7/14/2008 complaintant reported that she had not seen her 17 year old daughter since July 2nd, 2008 and had not heard from her since July 7, 2008. Complaintant states she suspects her daughter to be out with her friends, The missing female has been entered into NCIC.

Suspect: William D. Easley, age 60, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: DWI, Driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving on a suspended/revoked license, Tail lamps
On 7/14/08 suspect was traveling eastbound on the I-25 East Frontage Road at Otto Road and failed to maintain his lane. Suspect's truck also had a broken passenger side rear taillight. Suspect showed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking 1 shot of hard alcohol prior to stop. Suspect was given SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and read NM Implied Consent Act and agreed to submit to a breath test. His BrAC results were .06, .05. Suspect's license was suspended. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
