On 7/7/08 victim reported that she received a threatening email, the message went on to advise her that one of her friends had hired someone to kill her. The email advised that in order to stop the hit it would cost the victim $8000.00. Victim believed this to be a scam. This incident is currently under investigation.

On 7/7/08 victim reported 12 year old suspect had been burglarizing his residence, contact was made with suspect, who stated marijuana was taken from the residence. Arrested/victim gave permission to search his residence. A large amount of Marijuana was located in Victim's residence, Victim was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On the above date, the above named officer was proceeding to the Sheriff's office when he observed a black in color 2005 GMC Truck driving onto Camino Justicia. The suspect failed to dim his headlights as he approached the officer's vehicle and a traffic stop insued. Upon making contact with the driver, officer detected an odor of intoxicant upon his person. Driver admitted to drinking prior to the stop. While conducting soberity tests, driver displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. Suspect had a BrAC of .14 and was booked an the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On the above date, officers responded to the above location regarding "Shots Fired Call". Upon arrival officer spoke with the complainant who advised a male subject identified only as "Tim" driving a Ford Ranger tan in color pickup drove by his home and shot an unknown caliber of firearm which hit his trailer. Officers could not locate where the the projectile struck the trailer nor could they locte any bullet casings on the roadway. Officer attempted to locate the suspect to no avail.

Driver was initailly stopped for speeding 63mph on a posted 55mph zone. Upon making contact with the driver, officer detected an ordor of intoxicant. Driver failed a portion of the sobority test and was placed under arrest. Driver had a BrAC of .20 and was booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

A 16 year old male was found to have entered into the jail facility with a substance that tested positive for heroin. The contraband was found hidden inside a slit in his tennis shoes.

Suspect#3: Tayaune Clairmont, age 19, Albuquerque, NM
Charged: Battery against a household member
Suspect#4: 17 year old juvenile male
Charged: Aggravated Battery, Minor under the Influence
On 7/6/08, Deputies were dispatched to a fight in progress involving guns and knives at the above location. Deputies arrived on scene and it was determined that the mother,(suspect #1) and her daughter (suspect #3) were involved in a physical altercation in which suspect #4 then got involved. Both suspect #1 and #3 battered eachother. Suspect #4 stated that suspect #1 had chased him with a screwdriver and struck him on the side of his neck. Suspect #3 stated that her mother had gone inside the residence and took out a rifle in which she then knocked it out of her hands and her boyfriend (suspect#2) grabbed it and gave it to his mother. All parties were intoxicated and had been drinking alcoholic beverages. Suspect #4 stated that suspect #1&2 had given him the alcohol. All parties were arrested and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and the Youth Development Center.

Arrested: Lance Natseway
On this date deputyies were sent to above location to a report of a 2 yoa male and 3 yoa female children were left at the house by them selfs and they were located walking around outside of the residence. The mother of the children called this information in. Investigation showed where the father Lance Natseway had left the children to go with his freind. Lance was located later on near Cerrillos Road and Clark Road area and was taken into custody on the above listed charges.
