Above suspect was observed traveling at a high rate of speed, verified at 65mph in a 45mph. Suspect was also found to have a Revoked License. Suspect was unable to provide proof of insurance and registration. Suspect was found to be showing signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to a breath test and his results were .12/ .12 BrAC. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.

On this date victim reported that he observed suspect throwing sticks and rocks at his vehicle then started chasing victim back to his house after the suspect armed him self with a stick. Suspect was not located at this time, case under investigation.

On this date deputy was investigating a battery case and suspect was found to have an active warrant for his arrest for failure to pay fines. Suspect informed deputyies about the warrants and it is confrimed. Suspect was taken into custody without incident and taken to the Adult Detention.

Victim reported that shehas been sexualy abused for several years, since 1992. Victim stated that the abuse ended around 2005. Victim stated that the abuse took places in various location through out the state.

Victim stated that she was away from the residence for several hours on 10-23-08. When she arrived home she went to get some tools from her garage so she could work on her porch. She noticed several of her toosl missing. No forced entry was found at the point of entry. This case is currently under investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between 10/21/08 and 10/22/08 some unknown person(s) cut the chain locking the above atv and stole it from the victims back yard. The atv was entered into NCIC, This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

On 10-22-08, unknown suspects forced entry into the above residence and stole a DVD player, DVD's, and tennis shoes. Incident occurred between 12:00pm and 4:00pm. No witnesses have come forward.

Location: Duwannimi Rd., Pojoaque, NM
On 10-23-08, victim heard what sounded like six gunshots fired near her home. Initially the victim thought nothing of it, however, a few hours later, the victim discovered that a projectile had apparently traveled through her master bathroom window, through the mirror, and lodge in the closet wall. Preliminary investigation showed the projectile likely originated from the area of US 84/285. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.
