The suspect was traveling southbound on State Road 14 at 81 miles per hour in a posted 55 miles per hour zone. Driver had an odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and person. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. The breath test showed results .09/ .09 BrAC.

On 05-08-08 at approximately 1543-hours, the above person was arrested after he was found inside a residence in the Cottonwood Mobile Home Park. The suspect forced entry into the residence by kicking open the door. The above male was found sleeping in one of the bedrooms in the residence.

Deputies responded to the above location regarding a domestic altercation. After interviewing both parties and a witnesses, allegations were made that the above suspect shoved his girlfriend and pulled her out of the car by her hair. The suspect was also found to have an active warrant. Suspect was arrested on the warrant and charged with domestic battery as well.
