On the above date a deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center reference to a battery against a peace officer call. During the investigation the deputy was advised that one of the gaurds at the jail got his fingers smashed by a door when one of the inmates tried to close it. According to the victim he felt it was not done intentionally.

Above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. The driver displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages prior to driving. He was placed under arrest and his breath results were .21 and .20. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

On the above date, the above named officer witnessed the defendant traveling southbound at the above locaton failing to maintain his lane of traffic. Upon making contact with the defendant he displayed signs of impairment and was unalbe to complete field tests. the defendant was arrested and transported to the hospital for a blood draw. he was then transported to the adult detention center and booked accordingly.
