On the above date a deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center reference to a battery against a peace officer call. During the investigation the deputy was advised that one of the gaurds at the jail got his fingers smashed by a door when one of the inmates tried to close it. According to the victim he felt it was not done intentionally.

On the above date the suspect was stooped for a traffic violation. During the stop it was determined that the suspect was under the influence of intoxicating liqour or drugs. After further investigation the suspect was placed under arrest and booked on the above charges.

Arrested: Ruben Hernandez - 54, Santa Fe, NM

Above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. The driver displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages prior to driving. He was placed under arrest and his breath results were .21 and .20. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

On the above date, the above named officer witnessed the defendant traveling southbound at the above locaton failing to maintain his lane of traffic.  Upon making contact with the defendant he displayed signs of impairment and was unalbe to complete field tests.  the defendant was arrested and transported to the hospital for a blood draw.  he was then transported to the adult detention center and booked accordingly.

On 10/3/08, victim reported hearing someone in the garage, and then saw an unknown male running away. It appeared that the suspect unlawfully gained entry via an unlocked side garage door. The suspect opened the hatch to victims vehicle an loaded some items. It appears that the suspect was going to also steal the vehilce. Nothing was taken. Investigation continues.
